schitzophrenia?? does she really fit that diagnosis? these are the symptons i ave read and seen about it
A person diagnosed with schizophrenia may experience hallucinations (most reported are hearing voices), delusions (often bizarre or persecutory in nature), and disorganized thinking and speech. The latter may range from loss of train of thought, to sentences only loosely connected in meaning, to incoherence known as word salad in severe cases. Social withdrawal, sloppiness of dress and hygiene, and loss of motivation and judgment are all common in schizophrenia.[6] There is often an observable pattern of emotional difficulty, for example lack of responsiveness.[7] Impairment in social cognition is associated with schizophrenia,[8] as are symptoms of paranoia; social isolation commonly occurs.[9] Difficulties in working and long-term memory, attention, executive functioning, and speed of processing also commonly occur.[2] In one uncommon subtype, the person may be largely mute, remain motionless in bizarre postures, or exhibit purposeless agitation, all signs of catatonia.[

would sociopath be a closer fit - she seems to be able to make herself fit in most social occassions, every one said her appearance was impecable and thins pretty fact on her feet - and these are just a few examples - and premedidated the crime, rather than having a "break" - imo - i am curious why you puld think schizophrenia?
Because it fits, in my opinion. Like I said, I hadn't really considered it until I watched the interviews today and noticed the odd mannerisms usually associated with schizophrenia. Then it started to make a little more sense in terms of her obsessive behavior and storytelling abilities.

RE: Domestic Violence and the Snow White Theory

"Let`s see the potential defense witness list. There you see Arias herself, a psychologist, Richard Samuels (ph), Lonnie Dworkin (ph), a forensic computer expert, polygraph examiner Urbanski (ph) and domestic violence expert Alyce Laviolette." (Violene or Volene will do)

"Now, let`s talk about Laviolette. What do we know? Out to you, Jean Casarez." :floorlaugh:

I've seen Jodi writing with her right hand, drawing to in her little teeny tiny seat.

Was she? Not trying to be argumentative, but I could've sworn she's always drawn with her left hand - the hand closest to the camera. Let me go check!

A polygraph examiner is on the defense witness list? Are polygraph results admissible?

When I've seen her drawing/writing, it's been with the hand/arm nearest the camera like in the pic.

Unless I am completely missing something, there is nothing about calls made on June 2nd to your previous post.

My second link has the following:

CROSS EXAMINATION
--Witness, Joey Citizen, Verizon employee, is now asked to highlight all the calls that Travis made to the number in question. Prosecution objects. Lawyers approach the bench. Witness needs a few minutes to go through the records.
#363--Phone records of calls Travis made to Jodi.
--Defence is doing a "reorientation" of how the call records work.
--call from Travis to Jodi on June 2, 2008 from 0304 hours. 1011 seconds in length.
--call from Travis to Jodi on June 2, 2008, 0321 hours. 2450 seconds in length.

--re: voicemail features with Verizon. Does Verizon allow for somebody to erase their messages to re-do their messages? Citizen: "yes". Somebody could have erased their messages and did them over again.

I bolded the two calls from Travis to Jodi for 6/2/08.

Thanks to Wenwe4 and KMouse for transcribing the court proceedings.

I've seen her use both, so my money is on ambidextrous.

Do we know if Travis was returning Jodi's calls on June 2nd or was he just calling her at 3 am?

Do you work in the mental health field? Just wondering if you have training to back up your opinion on why you believe she has schizophrenia. It's totally okay if you don't of course but it would just help me decide my opinion. She would have to be a well adjusted schizo or mildly affected if that was the case. Surely if she had this illness it would have been leaked to media already? And surely if it was new onset she wouldn't be as well put together as she is without treatment and medications.

Such odd wording....I'm confused. Where did this info originate?
From a FB page discussion involving Travis' old roommate.

No idea. I have not seen any of the calls from Jodi to Travis for 6/2/08.

How did he know Jodi was out there? Did TA call him?

What is the protection thing and why?
I am still trying to find more info about this ..
