What's the silver, pointy thing down by his foot? Has this been discussed?

Do not know........hmmmmmmmm. Can we repost as I think the photos are lost with my repost.

Two things I am seeing now as to the first time.

The photo of him looking at the camera.........is that blood on neck? Look closely..........what is that?

Also, I now see/notice that his legs are CROSSED when sitting down in the second photo. Who the heck does that? Definitely not manscaping with that pose as other stated MOO.

Two comments:

-There would be marks on his body from either the drive stun or barbs. There aren't any such indications in the coroner's report.

-Are you sure your stun gun will work effectively? Have you tested it on anyone? lol Stun guns and Tasers are two different things. I can attest to the reliability of Tasers. A standard stun gun may nor may not work. Sometimes it just delivers a painful shock and not much else. If thick clothing is being worn, it won't be very effective. I just don't want you to have a false sense of security with it.

:twocents:

Yes...This one does work. I had one before that worked with disposable batteries.."The Hottie Small Fry" (it's pink btw, lol) is rechargable and it WILL drop someone and make them wet their pants. I would NEVER put my full trust in it but it does make me feel a bit better having it on me.

When the Budget Rental car guy testified he said that Jodi returned the car with smoke smell in the car. It was not said if it was cig smoke or what so there was speculation that she smoked in the car.
More likely the smoky smell was from her having used kerosene to burn clothes or whatever evidence in the desert.:twocents:

the LE forensic camera guy said the weird shadings were distortion because all the retrieved pics were from thumbnails and when they were blown up it caused the distortion and the pointy thing is the prosecutors pen - if you check other copies of that pic its not there

Yes. That seems to be the price people pay nowadays, especially with the instant communication. Hard to hide anything nowadays like people were able to do in the past.

That is why I feel like such a loser on here.

If it was my son, I would be enraged that he was put up for the world to see, minding his own business.

I have no justification for myself except that I am interested in how JA came to be in life and how this will all end.

I really wish that we could predict or understand on how these monsters come to be. But maybe it is as a poster said above: all of the incorrect things have to come together for the perfect storm.

A lot of cosmic questions there for me.

I'm just gonna say it. EVERY lurid thing that JA & TA did, I have done.

If I'm brutally murdered by my SO, I'm totally cool with the cops and lawyers using all the evidence to convict him. I'm not gonna be embarrassed; I'll be dead.

Of course, I don't run around pretending to be a virgin either...

Yes, I see that. So what was reported earlier is incorrect. Reading further if it's not unanimous she get another trial and if that trial has the same results the judge decides and she'll get LWOP. Did I read that right?

I believe that's right. A hung jury will follow if the verdict is not reached unanimously, and a retrial will occur. If the penalty/aggressive phase is not decided on, a new jury will be brought in and the guilty/not guilty verdict still stands.

When I first saw the pic I also thought his legs were crossed, but they aren't crossed. The border on the right that cuts off the right knee makes it look that way. Your eyes just need to fill in the top of his knee that's not showing.

OT: Sorry MooCow. SF had their chance to win after the State of Arizona caused a power surge trying out their new electric chair in anticipation of JA. Flacco is a Delaware grad so Ravens were bound to win.

SF would have won if the referees were paying attention to the game! They were about as effective as Nurmi. :furious:

:laughcry:

You shouldn't be ashamed of following trials.

Every time I talk to one of my friends online and he asks what I am doing and I reply.. "watching trial coverage or watching ted bundy interviews" you get the point. He calls me a weirdo every time. haha I embrace the weirdoness now. ;)

:noooo: I can't believe I missed Steely Dan, I must have been in the other room.

What is.well......of interest.....is that 3 years ago I changed my feed on Websleuths to 100 posts per page, and block out the avatars. But just before I did that, I connected with Steely's avatar as Steely Dan was my FAVORITE band in addition to Little Feat in college. Obviously, I'm from the south! :great:

That is one consternation and laugh I have sometimes that someone says a post is on page 30, and for me, it's only on page 4 or such as I do my feeds without icons/avatars, and do 100 posts per page.

I do do do do do wish that we had the LIVE chat room that we did with Casey trail. It is so very hard refreshing, and having all of us do chat like we used to during that time........hmmmmmmm. can we revive it?

Made lost of friends (imaginary ones of course) that helped me visit Caylees site on the anniversary of her death a few months back, and another WS'er that I'm still wanting to connect with at Jazz Fest in New Orleans. :seeya: Bayouland!!!!!!!!!!

BBM

I don't think that's quite right. As I understand it:

She can't be sentenced unless (until) a jury finds her guilty (all 12 jurors must agree). If there is a hung jury she can be retried, but she cannot be convicted by the judge.

MOOOOOO

This is correct. A hung jury will result in a mistrial. A jury has to convict her. However, if the aggravation/sentencing phases don't pan out after two sets of juries, the judge rules and the most the judge can administer is LWOP.

Flores' report says this about Zach Billings follow up interview:

So Zach was apparently home from around 3 in he afternoon until 4 and possibly that morning as well. Seems Enrique was at work from early that morning until about 6:00.

Wow. How many times did I read that and it did not sink in.

I guess he was oblivious to them being there.

She is so gutsy to do this. How would she have a clue that someone was not coming in at any second?

Just wow!

I wish they would of asked her ex what her hair color was when she was there. I wonder if she dyed her hair there? :waitasec:

For the longest time, I couldn't make sense of his leg - even if it were crossed. Then one time I looked at it in different lighting - zam. It is not crossed. He is sitting with his heel close to his rear, and that is the calf of the same thigh. Look again, and see if you can see it. (I need to be validated lol)

ETA - forgot the first part. I noticed the "bruise" or whatever on his neck too.
