Hopefully this will help :)

ETA: He is in the same position, I won't say same photo since the other one has a pen in it.
Same crime scene photo though, this is just the photo with the time stamp, so it is lower.

What are all those red dots on shower wall to the right where he is looking at the camera with the strange red at his neck?

It's sad I'm not even shocked some sick person would post something like that on eBay. So glad there are people like you guys that will work together to get it taken down!

There is a lot of digital noise in this photo. The mark on the neck is red because of low lighting and looks the way it does from enlarging a small megapixel photo.

I've posted twice now on their Facebook page. Is it possible this organization has no idea this has been listed? Well, now they do.

i reported to ebay - after reading the mission statement - idk if i hold hope they aren't aware of it because TA was mormon - imo -

So, why would they accept money from a photo of a murdered Mormon man? That makes no sense to me.

I wonder if the charitable organization on ebay has to approve all listings that include them.

idk - they think their mission is to save mormons - my sister belonged to a nutball church like that and they really did some out there things - imo

The crime scene photos are still online. I believe it was the autopsy photos that were accidentally available for a short time.

there were some very grizzly crime scene photos of TA at the house that were out too- but don't show up any more in images - they were bad :(

To be fair, they think they are saving people as well with their views.

Gotta hit the hay guys...let's hope that listing is down by morning. And that lister gets some kind of sanctions over it. I've written ebay, this charitable organization via their site and posted on their FB page (as did someone else..thank you!).

Strength in numbers.

Big day tomorrow..I will be in court all day then Dr. Drew after (way way way out of my comfort zone and I'm extremely nervous but he pleaded with me to do it so I agreed after saying no the first time). Hope everyone who's been sick feels better by tomorrow. :seeya:

I finally had time to open an Ebay account just to file a complaint. Which I did. Makes me feel a tiny bit better.
