I agree 1000%! I wonder if his legs gave out for some reason. Jodi said in her interrogation that Travis had yelled out that he couldn't feel his legs. I think we all think that was after she stabbed him in the spine, but what if the reason he is sitting in the shower is because he couldn't feel his legs? Just a thought because his sitting in there has never made sense to me either.

I didn't see anywhere on the ME drawing of the body with pen markings that indicated where the stabs were that were in the spine. But I haven't been able to follow very closely. Did the ME say anything about a stab to the spine? I did hear her interview where she said he said he couldn't feel his legs and that's why she couldn't save him from the ninjas. LOL.

I will not attach Travis's last name next hers ..I refuse to to see those 2 names together but you get my drift. I bet she loved the fact that that they both had the same last name Initial ..

Would really like to see what y'all think about this scenario regarding the movie "Psycho" and the photos we have viewed. I can see Jodi convincing Travis to pose for this effect and then bringing out the knife and "really" using it. I'm thinking that the duct tape was used to anchor the camera in place for the photo session.

I sit down in the shower all the time, and I believe a few here have stated they or their significant others do. It's not all that odd, IMO, especially if you're trying to relax from being in a stressful position.

I guess I just don't understand that since I never have in my life and neither does my fiance. LOL. So to me it seems totally weird.

What was the consensus on whether the face photo (when it appeared he noticed JA was there and she got a frontal view of him) was him sitting down or standing up?

I think that's interesting, but you could probably cherry-pick stills from various Herbal Essences commercials and come up with the same result.

When Willmott said she had "no choice" I think she was telling the truth but it was driven by Jodi's pathology. She couldn't see a choice of a life without Travis and him still being alive. What's so disturbing is the juxtaposition of Jodis quiet calm demeanor and all that rage.

In those interview tape Jodi captures herself for all times as exactly who she is. She is truly a person without compassion and as much as she tries to pull it off and make Flores believe her, it never happens. She goes from actively playing with and twisting her hair, to throwing her head down on her arms crying on the desk to seconds later, and this is just an example, saying, "Okay, what's next." It literally leaves you shaking your head. I hope once deliberation starts the jury will sit down and listen to all those tapes so they can see the holes in her story and how shallow she is regarding Travis. She has no idea what love really is. Her concerns are with possession and control over the person she is with at the time.

Jodi believes she can control any situation at any time. She was a member of PPL and she still did not call an attorney because she thought she could talk her way out of it and she knew an attorney would tell her not to talk. jmo

It is in the pictures .. Travis was wearing the duct tape on his upper arm.

What does that have to do with Jodi? And I think this is heading toward a political discussion which is way OT.

If you look at the progression of the photos, IMO, you can see when Travis realizes that Jodi is still in his house and is taking photos of him in the shower. At 5:27:18 is when I think that Travis realizes Jodi is there. At 5:28:54 it appears that Travis kind of slides down the wall of the shower to the floor because, IMO, he once again is having to deal with this chick that he thought he had gotten rid of. At 5:29:20 Travis is looking at Jodi with a look of, IMO, can you please just leave me the hello alone?!?! At 5:30:30 we have Travis sitting completely on the floor of the shower without his head showing. I think that it was at the point where Travis had had more than enough of Jodi, had thought she was gone and that he was alone, and then he was still having to deal with her anyway. Jodi told Flores (yes, we know she lies) that she didn't think Travis would let her take photos of him in the shower. I believe that she told the truth about that. I believe that she took those photos without his knowledge, until the one where he saw her. I believe he got upset with her about it, but did NOT attack her. Pool of blood or shower drain. I think she shot him near the right eyebrow it exited left cheek. He fell down, but got up or crawled out. Then the stabbing started

According to the expert testimony, Travis was sitting in the shower in the last full on face shower pic.

Eww yeah there's no way in hell I'd ever sit on the drain like that. Not believing he's just hanging out there for relaxation purposes.
