Not sure if anyone posted this but at around 5:15 or so, when they were discussing what they were discussing(sorry forgot what it was) Jeff Ashton went to the DT table and slammed down some paper in front of JB and JB raised his hands up as if what is that all about and look at the Judge.


But this after JB accused Ashton of lying about something and Ashton told the Judge it was 100% false what JB was saying. It was kind of comical.

This is what it was about:
WKMG reported tonight about the newest motion the defense team gave to HHJP today, but has not yet been filed with the clerk. HHJP said he would hear it tomorrow at 8:30 or after court any day next week. Tony Pipitone talked to JA after court recessed for the day and he told him the motion concerns Prosecutorial Misconduct and we are not going to believe what they are accusing him of. We all know Dr Rodriguez took the stand last Saturday and was quickly shut down when he started testifying about duct tape. It turns out that the DoD (his employer) contacted JA's office and told him that he better not get back on the stand because he does not have permission to testify and will lose his job if he does. The DT is trying to turn it around and say that JA contacted the DoD to ask the to pull Dr Rodriguez. Can't wait to read this one!

It was edited MissJames and funny. But I do think that was the chuckle HHJP gave after he ask the jury about their box from the dessert lady.

Hysterical and a natural reaction to the dog remark. This made me love Ashton, the way he reacted, then pulled himself back.

That WAS really funny. Baez was trying so hard to describe to Det. YM what he wanted to ask him. But, it came out childlike, and didn't make very much sense. But, I laughed so hard. Jose really cracks me up, when he's not putting me asleep.
