I have to wonder what the longest court case has ever been? Barring political cases.

Oh, he read literature....I'm thinking that literature included, but wasn't limited to:

Time Magazine
Newsweek Magazine
Highlight's for Children
Nick Jr. Magazine

Don't forget the book of Bathroom Jokes

Council approach.....really? Turn the chicken over haha

Council approach - is this judge afraid of speaking her decisions aloud to the court?

Seriously, seems she has issues making decisions on her own. Can you imagine the line behind her at drive-throughs?

I think she added that last part to the journal entry after the fact.

They just keep helping Jodi keep killing Travis.

Samuels is not an expert of anything, and certainly not the Law of Attraction.

  • #248
Stay calm folks I think this guy is going to "testify" about Travis' sexual behaviors ....

I am so mad I could spit nails.:furious:

It is not enough that she heinously murdered Travis but now she must trash him even in death.

If anyone is a sexual deviant is it JODI ARIAS!:furious:

imo

So all the positive entries, Mean he must have been awful to her....

This is ridiculous!!!

This is what I've been saying since day one. Whatever Jodi did or didn't do, whatever she said or didn't say, whatever she wrote or didn't write, they'll have an expert who says that's classic behavior of an abuse victim.

More magical thinking and the "law of attraction"

  • #251
Sociopaths are expert at "acting"; her journal was all an "act" as we'll....

She herself spoke of why she only wrote positive thoughts.

Do you guys have a feed?

Good one!

And By the way Dr., you look like a pedophile to me.

What exactly does a pedophile look like? Do they have a standard look?

Council approach - is this judge afraid of speaking her decisions aloud to the court?

she certainly seems afraid to let the public hear what she is basing her rulings on . imo

  • #255
she holds her cup normal with her right hand.

  • #256
So Jodi, how's that Law of Attraction workin' out for you?

  • #257
Arias just took a drink of water RIGHTHANDED. What phony malarky on the stand in front of the jury.

  • #258
Law of Attraction:

Be delusional by sheer force of will.

  • #259
I am sick to my stomach, Dr. Ham-wells is trying to sell this bs to the jury.

All I do is keep thinking positive thoughts and prayers so that Travis' family has the strength to keep up the strength to sit through all of this.

I would think Juan could take care of this in one swoop,

Sir, isn't it true that the journals couldonly contain positive information because TA WAS a positive experience? It could be as simple as that?

He would have to say yes, because it IS possible.
