:what:Do you guys recall during kc trial we would often say stuff like
I love me some judge perry? Have you noticed that's never been said about this judge.

I think his hippo just shrunk. He knows that he sent her a gift. He's suffering from Jodisms.

"...his hippo just shrunk." :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

This is the post of the day!

Why would a clinical psychologist recommend that pop psychology book?

  • #1,304
Was that an objection Ms. Wilmont?

  • #1,305
This guy answers questions in the same style as Jodi ... remarkable! Juan has to ask even the simplest questions 3+ times.

And I thought it was Nurmi that had coached her.

Your honor I'll stop yelling at this witness when he stops acting like an :censored:

She just had to have something to object to.
She has made hilarious objections today. She sounds like a child who is pizzed for not getting her way. Really both of Nurmi and Willmott are a joke in court. I have NO respect.

I'm sure this "expert" is a big boy and can handle it. Sit down and shush up.

I have said this many times, we have gotten away from justice and turned into a circus, it's frustrating. The system has come up with so many new reasons why it's okay to kill someone. Makes me ill JMO
The SYSTEM bends over backwards to give all the rights to the DEFANDANT and not the VICTIM!!!

Did Juan just lead the good doctor into a trap? If he is not the treating doctor and she is suicidal, isn't isn't there some type of reporting that needs to be made and treatment obtained? I thought psychologists and psychiatrists had to report if someone was a danger to themselves or others.

Which of the lawyers has the best track record? JM, JM!

"Excuse me judge, could you please ask the prosecutor to stop yelling at our witness. It's soooo rude". LMFAO!!!! What does she think this is? It's a freaking trial. He even raises his voice at his own witnesses :floorlaugh:.

Me thinks JW is a bit of a little diva .

Dear mitigation lawyer:

When you wear a blouse unbuttoned have on a long necklace. Otherwise it looks cheap.

Sincerely,
Juanette

It does look pretty horrendous.

She sustained that objection and has now offically become a joke of a judge with absolutely no control of her court

This is absolutely one of the worst judges I have ever seen.

  • #1,314
Seriously?

You can't even make this chit up for blockbuster Murder Mystery Movie!!

  • #1,315
Wonder if he ever advised jail personel that she was suicidal ?

  • #1,316
never talked about treatment.. Ok then, so all you were paid to do is make a favorable report for her team.

Just what I thought

  • #1,317
most of them? LOL

  • #1,318
Now we know why this "professional" was so defensive when JM objected during direct.

He did take it personally. This shrink seems to have a little "like" for his client.

  • #1,319
he knows most the rules. lol

oy vey. what a joke.

  • #1,320
What frickin' BS! This witness is coming off being arrogant and cocky, and the only way that JM will get the truth out of him is to raise his voice and make his point.
