Let this be a lesson to Laviolette when she gets up on the stand after this & tries to pull as much BS as this kook has pulled. haha There's probably a voicemail on Nurmi's phone saying that she (Laviolette) is sorry that she can't make it now to testify as their other expert witness. I would have to believe that any truly sane/rational person would know that the damages that's going to come with it -via JM on cross- isn't worth the little bit of free PR.

Holy mother of bad test procedure. LOL his writing, then her writing? WHAT.

I took that test and a few others. After several court motions, it was videotaped and there were 6 Attorney's behind glass (from various sides I guess, only 2 were mine) Cameras everywhere. Once I was done, I had to move back from the table and so did the doctor lol.

The test was then picked up by a third party, and it was scored while being taped. Everything copied and certified and passed out before I was allowed to move off my chair (same for the doctor) OK they went over board because of the fighting.

BUT this test done on this yellow paper? No video, answers can be changed, the whole thing is just very wrong! Not reliable.. at all! It's just faked.. I'm sure
