So I am confused. Didn't Jodi say she made the post-murder phone call message as a calculated means of deflecting suspicion? (She didn't use those words but didn't she say something like that?) And this witness says it was due to some psychological effect. That doesn't help Jodi, does it? Isn't he providing a secondary excuse and how does that help her?
