Just to let you all know that later tonight I will taking a hot bath. Apparently after I submerge myself in the hot water I will lose my memory and forget that I ever signed up or posted here. Please know how much I like you all. I would love to say that I will miss you but if I can't remember ever being here I guess I won't be able to miss you all.
That is all :)

Don't worry, our boy JM will snap you back to reality.

Nurmi is trying again to leave the case?? Or am I misunderstanding?

No- just that its talking about the time in the past when he tried to.

Either side will try to tell the judge how habitual, intentional, egregious (sp?) the offense committed by their opponent was - trying to draw that sanction. Luv it!

Send her gifts?
She was depressed because nurmi was leaving...

i think the only reason Smuni stayed on the case was that she changed her story to self defense. He prob didnt want to defend the ninja thing..he had to get down and dirty sexual stuff involved...

It's a slap in the face to professional women world wide who fight to be taken seriously, to be known for their intelligence, strengths and capabilities. Save that attire for lounge lizards.

I missed it...isn't she wearing a suit?

She sustained that objection and has now offically become a joke of a judge with absolutely no control of her court

At least Judge Ito let his jurors go to Disney Land!

Wonder who it was that asked Samuels to talk to Jodi about her depression? Is he employed by the State? My nephew is a psychiatrist and is employed by the State of Louisiana. I would think if she were having a problem, someone employed with the State or under contract with the State would have to see her. And he gave her his card? I am not following this well.

Depo held last thursday????? wha????

It was during the break, after Juan objected to what Samuels was going to testify about - because it was different than what was submitted in Samuels' report. Juan had like 2 hours to conduct a deposition to inquire about the new information.

:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Yes Wendi your amazing! I can't listen to this quack and Wilma anymore. I had to mute the tv and am now just reading posts. I cannot wait for martinez to get his turn. This is unbearable to hear them slaughter Travis rep again and again. This guys face is red and flushed! I wonder if hes an alcoholic
Just MOO

Well, everyone was in court waiting for him to get back. He was quite late. I was wondering what that was all about.

Remember last Thursday before Samuels got on the stand, the Judge allowed Juan to question Samuels.

That must be the depo tape they are speaking of.

Jodi depressed ? Hmmmm more likely suffering serious withdrawals from being locked up. No computer, no email, no phone, no text messages, no strawberry frappawhatever, no makeup, no road trips, can't complete her list, no men except jailers, no sex... get a grip Jodi, this is your future, the one you created. Better scrap that Law of Attraction stuff, it sure didn't work out too well for you.

Man, this judge sure is defendant-sided based from what it seems!

Well, we all know that her 1st, 2nd and 3rd have been violated...many times.

I agree and I'm disgusted.

Me too, but Juan wasn't going to get what he wanted, the good Dr. said No when asked if he gave therapy.

He is not employed by the state. He is retained by the defense. It would have been the defense attorneys who asked him to speak to Jodi.

Depo held last thursday????? wha????

I'm guessing it's the depo where he changed his story about her being afraid of men who speak loudly to her.

itself just about the Dr's reaction to it, i.e. "talking" to her therapeutically about it and sending her cards. The judge's ruling makes no sense. This precludes JM from showing the obvious bias and is unfair as discussing what the Dr did in no way violates Jodi's rights and the jury has a right to knwo about any bias an expert witness has.

Ahhhh -- Jodi got depressed because "Kirk's status changed" and Samuels was asked to talk to her about her depression related to "Kirk" withdrawing.
