I just about fell over when RS said "perhaps I should have readministered the test" after JA ditched the intruder story. Well.... yeah... That was incredulous. He lost all credibility he had left when he said that. JM got him good after that. This entire DT's witness' testimony was debunked with that admission. Again, everything to do with JA is based on one lie after another. Can't wait to see what kind of debaucle the next defense witness will present.
I look at Jodi sitting with that grim look on her face as her case continues to fall apart day by day. I am so happy Travis has JM to speak for him. How JA portrays Travis as a deviant day after day to save her sociopathic sorry self makes me ill. Such disrespect for him & his family sickens me. I can't wait to see her face when she gets the DP, & she has 23 hrs per day to sit in her cell alone & relive every stab wound as his life ebbed away by her hand. She is looking more tired & cornered each day. I hope she can't sleep at night thinking of her impending conviction of 1st degree premeditated murder.

I'm thinking Ms. Arias is now learning the Laws of Consequences. All the lies that in the past have gotten her out of problems are failing her this time. Her made up ninja story has come back to royally bite her. This section of the house of cards has fallen and the next section as an abuse victim is also about to fall because she also lied to the DV "expert" about the so called child porn on the computer as JM has alluded to. If that happens I can't imagine the jury having any choice but to conclude she is a stone cold liar, who also has lied to them, and a killer that deserves the DP .

There was a definite reason they sealed those records, and it has nothing to do with the witnesses at trail IMO.

Maybe they were sealed so the attorney and others could not see how many mental health experts went in to see her and would NOT write reports or become part of this case.
I remember with Casey A case they were there for all to view and WS knew who went to visit, when and how long they stayed.

Let me say that there are people (military special forces or the martial arts) that are specifically trained to make someone completely pass out in less time than 2 or 3 minutes but it is not knowledge that an average person like Travis would have nor is just anyone able to perform it.

Based on my personal experience, in my opinion, Jodi Arias has never once in her life been seriously chocked by anyone, much less chocked to the point of blacking out. I say all her stories are BS!!

Maybe it takes that long to choke someone out by strangling them, but if it was a ju-jitsu (mma/ufc) rear-naked choke, you can be out in seconds. Travis was a UFC fan, so it is conceivable that he would know how to apply this by watching. However, IIRC she did describe it as a strangling choke, though. This is how quick you can go out, if done properly.

The DV expert is in trouble before even taking the stand if she took any words from Jodi as the so called truth. Doc Samuels clearly demonstrated that tests can be faked by an accomplished liar. If the DV expert admits to even listening to Jodi, and I can't fathom how she can testify to anything unless she did speak with JA, her credibility is shot before she opens her mouth.

What an unforgettable, mind-blowing cross we had yesterday. This bogus expert deserved all the humiliation he got and more. One of the reasons that I find this trial so fascinating is that I have have a family member that exhibits behavior similar to JA. Said person is a sociopath and and has borderline personality disorder. She is incapable of love or empathy.She gave away her infant son with not so much as a backward glance.
Her situation is different in that she is a druggie, to boot. So far, she has not killed anyone, but I seriously imagine her to be capable of it in the right (wrong) circumstances.
I watch JM questioning JA and recognize the same pattern. My family member will NOT answer a question straight, lies when the truth is a better story and conveys that she feels she is truly is the center of the world. Like JA, she is a chameleon, taking on the traits of others as it suits her.
Chilling. I am glad she lives across the country from me... Ironically, she lives in Arizona and is a Mormon.

Right there the Jurors must of been WTF with that statement. He just admitted he flubbed up. He has lost any creditability he may have had on the stand. It can not be repaired now.

Seems to me that it's possible that Nurmi, Wilmott and Samuels had a discussion that the test date/diagnosis could/would be a problem, but hey, it's worth a try to slip it through since they couldn't come up with anything better. They forgot one thing....Juan Martinez!!!!

Doc Samuels should re-think even that. It simply would not have made any difference as he would have gotten no truth from her no matter how many times he gave her the test. Perhaps the Doc should have given her a book that explains why lying is one's worst enemy and advised Nurmi and Wilmott to obtain an exorcist for assistance.

Why would you feel sorry for this guy? These parasites take the stand and lie their asses off to get some killer off and think nothing about it.

It's a good thing we have someone like Juan that can show the jury just how unreliable these bozos are.

Personaly it disgusts me when the creeps testify with bogus tests and information and do it just for the money.
They have no thoughts about the victim or the victim's family so I say if they get their reputation ruined like what happend yesterday then so be it.
Maybe the next so called expert that tries to testify using false information will think twice.
If you have a proven liar like Jodi you should be suspect about anything that comes out of her mouth and base your examination on that fact.

When you look at the questions in that PDST test anyone could manipulate the answers to come out in their favour.

If he was unbiased why would he be sending her a book and cards personaly from him.
Like I said if his reputation gets ruined from this trial he only has himself to blame.

JM has alluded to this issue at least twice that I recall, that Jodi told LaViolette the child porn was on his computer, not photos laying on the bed or falling to the floor as paper does. JM asked Jodi about this on cross - she of course denied it. JM is getting that from somewhere...just saying.
