JA told Samuels that Travis wanted the shower photos. JM asked Samuels whether he had seen the video with detective Flores regarding that matter.

This is a belated post. Please excuse.

The HLN JA crime re enactment illustrated several crucial points.
1. A body slam to a tile floor would not allow the attack victim to immediately roll to the left,arise, compose herself, and run away.
2. For JA to “run away” from the scene of the body slam would have occurred as a standing attentive TA hovering over her would have been FROZEN IMMOBILE AND SIMPLY WATCHED JA SLIP BY HIM. NOT POSSIBLE.
3. Allowing for TA to run behind JA into the closet still would not permit JA to jump up on the shelf, grab a gun, come down with the gun in hand, swivel around, and retreat into the bathroom with the .25 gun firmly in both hands. TA would have immediately overwhelmed JA in the process of grabbing the gun.
4. There is NO WAY JA could attain the shooting angle, by which she shot the onrushing TA swooping in low with head turned slightly to his left, which in turn would have followed the bullet trajectory ie steep angle downward and to TA left. The HLN female defense attorney was DEAD WRONG in her explanation of what happened. Could NOT have happened her way.
5. The male HLN defense attorney in the demonstration pulled a “sleight of hand” when stepping on the shelf. He first gripped the upper shelf to support his weight, then stepped immediately next to the weight bearing strut. This action did NOT comport with JA testimony. Secondly even if this attorney did make the step up to reach the gun TA shoes would have been disturbed.
