Thanks, Bravo! She's so bat***** crazy, I bet she could still hurt someone with that little pencil.

My brother was in prison. He I told us he carried a pen or pencil to protect himself. Definitely a weapon to be used.

Minor it's been over 10 years since I've been in state Court. I've never seen this reviewing of each exhibit beforehand. In District Court there is a quick review but not reviewing page by page. Jennifer should have seen each of these exhibits already. Is this a State Court thing? I can't remember back that far if this was routine.

It would be unusual even in state court, especially at a final trial. Usually, there's a requirement that all exhibits be marked and exchanged prior to trial.

This is something that was just created last Thursday or later though.

Why does this guy keep looking at the defense table? Is he scared of Jodi or what? I've never seen anything like this.

I thought Travis never got close enough to grab her sweater....in the closet. Another lie.

New greeting card for Dr. Samuels send to jodi -->"I am sorry my expert testimony got you the death penalty"

  • #949
So are we trying to point out that JA told Dr. Fogg that she was grabbed by sweater and NOT body slammed?

Ding! Ding! Ding! He got the exhibit number right!

I call the defense team Nurmott. Kinda like Brangelina only a little bit different.

so so far today they've gotten in what....20 minutes of testimony? After the late start and all the sidebars and then the mysterious 5 minute break. This trial will end in May.

Juan is doing an awesome job showing the jury how Jodi's final story had a few major inconsistencies from one conversation to the next!

What sticks out in my mind, and I hope it does for the jurors too, was Jodi's response to the question about why she told the story about the ninjas: That she wanted to tell a story (lie) that matched with the physical evidence.

This line of questioning with the doctor proves this last story of being attacked by a naked and wet Travis is also a story-lie she told to try to fit it into the physical evidence. :twocents:

Do any of you remember the gag legal pad 'book' that was sold after the OJ trial? It was a parody of what he might have been writing and doodling all the time he was jotting things down during his trial. I have a copy of it and just thought about it this morning. I bet someone will come out with a copy of it ala JA.

That's a scream. Thanks. As much as i followed that case I didn't know that. I'm gonna guess 101 ways to kill JM :great: (What Jodi is writing) As far as JW likely writing her grocery list, working on her next case etc. etc :floorlaugh:

This guy is such a slouch. He belongs in a kindergarten room with crayons. Not dealing with life and death issues with his round-about, laid-back, nonchalant, non-detailed, may or may not be, demeanor!!!

Thank you Travis for bringing this clown into Jodi's life!!!!

:floorlaugh:Body slam = sweater pull

She's saying Judge, we dont care for pg 14, par. 2.
I think Wilmott is saying Judge, we don't care for anything she's said since the day she killed Travis. None of it works in her favor.

Silently. baaaaaaaaahahahahaha

Each time Samuels thinks he can match witts with JM he looks worse than ever - and he needs to give it up NOW.
