Ok, I never post, but did you see that deer in the headlights look on Samuels face?! Priceless.

So the source event doesn't matter, only her "trauma" matters? Wow.

BEST DAY EVER!

Dr. Brain: "Blah blah blah!"
Juan: "But you don't know do you!?"
Dr. Brain: "No, I'm speculating!"
Juan: "Right! You made it up just now!"
Dr: "NO CLINICAL JUDGEMENT!"
Jen Willmott: "OBJECTION!"
Dr. "NO CLINICAL JUDGEMENT!!!!!!!!!"
Juan: "You just said speculating!"
<awkward pause>
Dr: "Welll...... yeah, ok."

hey Nurmott did your mama ever teach you the saying "lay down with dogs, get up with fleas?" :D

  • #1,107
WOW! This guy is a joke! The trauma doesn't matter?!??? What matters are the answers?!

I thought THESE questions were based on the type of trauma she indicated. REMEMBER that, Dr. Fog?!?

Go Juan Finch!!! or Atticus Martinez!

  • #1,109
How is there any proof that these are actually her test answers?? Shouldn't the only thing brought to court be official medical records? WTH.

The evidence that these are her answers is Doc saying these are her answers. Since there's nothing in her own hand, we have to trust him (or not).

These do sound like Jodi's answers though because they are for the most part demonstrable lies.

  • #1,110
Is she a psycho? Yes or no!!

  • #1,111
IMO this is a test to help a person suffering from a tramatic event such as witnessing a murder, the death of a loved such as a car accident and so on, not for a murderer. It's to help diagnos someone who wants help not to help get someone off the DP JMO

Dr Speculating is getting testy. I think that he may want to give himself a MMPI

  • #1,113
SNAP!! Priceless facial expression and long pause after the "speculation" question! Whoa, I was floored when RS tried to argue back "clinical judgment". OMG, one of the best verbal garbage ever...

Ohhhhh, yea, we are getting to the MMPI. This is going to be awesome.

  • #1,114
Good for Juan fighting for the VICTIM here!

The defense can fight hard for the killer and so can Juan!!!!!!!!!!!

Sick and tired of hearing about poor poor Jodi and all of her "problems". She has not= problems that anyone else didn't have!! Problems with her parents... problems with boyfriends...Who gives a crap.

His head looks like a baby's butt.

If you read my post yesterday, I knew it! He's cheap!!! He reuses the books. Those booklets cost $3.80 if you buy them in groups of 5.

"It's unnecessary." :furious:

Oh....., I'm at work, I just took a quick break and this is what I hear.... oh when I get home.

Oh, Juan just said MMPI, my speciality..

  • #1,117
Aha. Here we go...Juan's going to point out that an MMPI would have been more appropriate for forensic psychology - over 400 more questions than the MCMI and NOT solely dependent on the classifications of the DSM-IV.

  • #1,118
I might believe that, EXCEPT - All of his data is from the intruder story. Why would he not have updated it? :waitasec:

I was referring more to the strategy... creating the PTSD, creating the pedophelia and sexual abuse, etc.

  • #1,119
Why are we talking about MMPI? I thought he didn't conduct the MMPI -- or is that the point?

  • #1,120
Wilmonts stares are just showing everyone how insecure she is feeling now.
