Hi everyone! I couldn't stand the quack on direct but am having a blast on cross. I knew Juan would tear this guy a new one. How did the defense not know this guy was completely unreliable and that it was probably a mistake to put him on the stand? Seriously, they HAD to see this coming, didn't they?

I said before (and will say again) I honestly think this "expert" is the very best the DT could do. Given the hideous crime, changing stories and cold, unremorseful demeanor of the perpetrator, I think everyone other expert who might have interviewed her backed slooooowly out of the cell and said "Mr. Nurmi, you've got yourself a genuine sociopath for a client here. No thanks."

Im back in time, thank the stars my gyno was quick during my check up lol

I told her that i had to hurry, couldnt be in the stirrups to long because I woudl miss court..and guess what? my gyno is following this trial to lol

they have their office tv's set to hln lol

Yesterday, JM did a fantastic job...He really is the voice for travis, jmo

Re: the tie, I don't know for sure they were delivered to the legal team or being held until the trial is over. I just delivered them through the proper channels. :great:

I'm not being a kill-joy, but I don't think Juan will wear any 'gifts' to trial, especially not after yesterday.
