No i get what he means. Remember she at first said Travis would NEVER allow pics of him in the shower. When she spoke about the other incident it was related to SHAVING only. Not showering and posing. But anyway JM has got this. You can ask Jodi about a questing today and her actions and she will talk about another day and act confused about which day you're speaking to her about. This line of questions is about showering not shaving.

I've never seen exhibits admitted like this. Normally all the exhibits are exchanged and reviewed before Court starts. There are originals that the Court Clerk keeps that have been reviewed beforehand (those are the ones the witness gets and that are lodged with the Court). And then each side gives a copy to the other (separate from the Original Court copy). The originals are what is sent back with the Jury.

Correct. Jodi clearly said Travis was reluctant about the shower pics and did not want them initially. She told Flores he was uncomfortable about it at first, and she said it was her idea because she had seen some Calvin Klein ad with water.
