I've never seen exhibits admitted like this. Normally all the exhibits are exchanged and reviewed before Court starts. There are originals that the Court Clerk keeps that has been reviewed beforehand (those are the ones the witness gets and that are lodged with the Court). And then each side gives a copy to the other (separate from the Original Court copy). The originals are what is sent back with the Jury.

This is a late-comer though. Apparently it's the transcript from Samuels' interview last Thursday. Still, as there is apparently a hard copy of a transcript, it seems it could have been copied and disseminated to all parties and reviewed prior to this testimony.

This is being done on purpose.
Trial is like a Broadway play. They dress, look, speak, appear, project, react a certain way.

There are actors (litigants), co-stars (witnesses) coaches (lawyers), directors (Judges), key-grip/gaffers (maintenance) and the all-important critics (jury)!

And we of course are the audience who at times, want our money back!!

I think when JM said there were no pictures of breasts on TA's computer the defense objected to it not being true. I think JM believes it, and now Wilmott is looking through evidence files to see if it's ever mentioned. JMO

No i get what he means. Remember she at first said Travis would NEVER allow pics of him in the shower. When she spoke about the other incident it was related to SHAVING only. Not showering and posing. But anyway JM has got this. You can ask Jodi about a questing today and her actions and she will talk about another day and act confused about which day you're speaking to her about. This line of questions is about showering not shaving.

No, she makes it quite clear that Travis was reluctant to have photos of him taken in the shower on June 4th. He thought it was "gay". She was not talking about the prior shaving incident (which took a lot more convincing).
