If you watch the extended version, the yellow notebook does in fact have a black binding. Watching the shortened clip, if you keep your eyes focused on the area right in front of her, you will see the black edge appear as she moves it towards herself.

Where would all of this psychological testing have taken place? In the jail? At Dr. Samuels' office? In the DT's offices?

I believe it would have had to have been done at the jail because once jodi was arrested, she was not allowed back out except for court. But then Dr. Samuels was trying to say that he had nothing to do with the jail which is why he reported sucicial ideation to jodi's attorneys instead of jail staff.

Does anyone know if the YELLOW colored folder means anything? Maybe a hint at what kind of documents would be in side a yellow folder?

I can't imagine a defense attorney giving anything to tho their clients that is pivotal to the defense. general it's just reading materials or note paper for the defendant to keep them occupied.

OT: OMG Chardon High School killer (a kid) wearing a white T shirt with "Killer" across the front while in court. Gave the middle finger to the families who lost loved ones while in court. Sentenced to life w/o parole!

How was he allowed to wear such a shirt???

Now I understand what Gitana was saying. The MMPI is much longer and with repetitive questions, it is much more difficult to scam. The MCMI has less than 200 questions and only takes 15 minutes or so to complete.

As boring as I find Nurmi, I started feeling sorry for him, because if I read right he tried to be dismissed as the public defender on this case and they wouldn't let him. Is that right? Could you imagine being forced to defend this girl?! Ugh.

No kidding, I still can't stand him but this has to be the most difficult case/client he's probably ever had.

OH HOW I JUST LOVE IT!..the fact that these attys would actually jeopardize their professionalism to be sneaking out anything from this court for the purpose of aiding this obvious psychopathic murderer is dumbfounding...and to know that the Pros are absolutely aware and looking to prove this behavior via documented on video..well, it just makes it that much likelier that justice is served for Travis and his family..

He has no problem defending pedos...that is disgusting IMO. I completely understand the need for people to receive fair trials, with a competent defense attorney. There is just NO WAY I, myself, could do it lol.

LOL - some people will do anything for channel hits! Well, anything I can do to make their day, if it brings justice or an eagle eye on something that needs it - I am more than happy to be a conduit!

My gut tells me it is paper clips to sell/trade/use in jail for weapons and I think a full body cavity search after each day of trial is now in order if not already being done. I know they at least do search, but not sure on the cavity search.
