It seems so simple to me and yet eludes this witness. JMO

I do not understand why this witness does not date any of his notes, interviews, dates of testing, etc. If he's testified in court previously, he must know that details like dates are extremely important. :banghead:

WHAT? Isn't that called making up something that sounds better? ANY medical record that has been amended that I've read (and I read them for a living) states at the top, "This is an AMENDED REPORT."

he DID know when he took this case that it was a DP trial right? I mean if she allegedly gave a KEY DATE to her whole defense/motive/blahblahblah, then the man should have written it down.

If he'd been smart, he wouldn't have taken it on because of who the prosecutor was. I'd say, "Oh, no. I'm not going up against Juan Martinez!" Surely he knew this was coming?!?

She just needs to state objection and give a one word relevant factor - not explain the whole thing. She is doing it for the witness, so he knows how to answer the question.

Thank you Justice! I don't recall hearing that this whole trial long, and then it seems like suddenly today they are all over the place!

I guess this why they are having sidebars all the time? So the jury and witness can't hear all the background about why they are objecting?
