This Doc-clown is not likeable. He's non-believable and his intonation is just very creepy. Put it this way, I wouldn't let my kids trick-or-treat at his house. He comes off dishonest and even perverted for some reason. Yuk!

lets stay on this for a second . . . DSM 4 - published in 2000 .. . they go and publish about 10 years . . . the DSM 5 is overdue . . . there are beta versions on the internet . . . we don't use it until it is published .

DSM 4 TR - text revision - some text sub are rewritten to make it more clear - it is essentially identical . . . I think there may have been one or two adjustments but not relative to this case

she wrote something that is mildly assertive but that does not transfer o assertive behavior there is a big gap between what people do and what they say . . .assertive training is first envisioning the assertive behavior and second is actually acting it out
