i'm guessing they are trying to make it look like she's not evading questions regarding what happened because her story is physically impossible, goes against what the ME and investigators concluded. she can't explain it so she needs to have 'amnesia' about it.

JB is a slimy shark-and he is good at what he does. He is in the league with the worst of the worst (Geragos, DP Dream Team, OJ's Dream Team). I would LOVE to see Juan take on Baez! It would be so interesting.

I would have loved to see Jeff Ashton put as much energy into taking on the CA case as he put into making a name in the press.

It's to prove that Jodi isn't lying about not remembering stabbing Travis (actually has amnesia). There is a link between PTSD and dissociative amnesia.
