I want to watch this live on my iPad, but the link to azfamily.com tells me to download the appropriate app from iTunes. I don't know what the appropriate app is. I had been watching on channel 15 in Arizona, but the last two afternoons I haven't been able to get on. This morning I was watching it on the channel 15 site, but it cut me off right before the lunch break. What app do I need to download?

I have to admit, when I first started watching the trial I didn't particularly care for JM. Now I don't even want to watch it unless he's the one asking the questions. Love him!

I have had an enormous crush on Juan from the beginning of Opening Statements. My admiration has only continued to grow with each passing day the trial has been held. He absolutely is the best Prosecutor I have ever seen.

I can understand why he takes full command of the courtroom and why everyone is riveted to what he has to say. He never disappoints.

He truly is a fierce warrior when seeking justice for the victim. No one could have done a better job than Juan Martinez. Imo, he is the best of the best. He may be small in stature but in that courtroom he comes across as 10 feet tall and bullet proof. He makes Nurmi look small in comparison because Juan's passion and spirit is so strong.

That isn't good. Not good at all. MMPI.. too much validity research and quantitative research to know that it is very very reliable. The kink in the test is it is expensive. I don't know how expensive it is now. In the 90's it was $400.00. So the state paying for it might put the brakes on paying for it with budget cuts.

I would argue to "whomever" you want accuracy or do want cheap? Pick. If you want cheap find someone else. Bottom line.

Are the questions in the MMPI always the same? If I took the test today and then a year from now, would they be the same? Sorry if that's a stupid question!

I think court is late tomorrow because JW has a funeral to go to in the morning. And on Monday someone tweeted that a defense witness was unavailable on Thursday and that's why there was no court. I bet it's the DV expert because if there's only 3 1/2 hrs of court tomorrow they'll probably only get to the jury questions and attorney follow-up.

Good luck ! I watched it for two weeks that way ans suddenly now I keep getting a notice that I have to download a FREE app...but the app keeps taking me to my credit card info ....grrrrrr
