I can't stand watching JA lick her lips over and over and over and over. STOP IT.

Makes me want to throw up. And take a shower everytime she does that. Disgusting filthy murderer.

he's going thru his notes anyway!

Who cares that the book is actually ancient in terms of when it was printed.

Psychology has come a long way since the 70's and professionals are supposed to stay up to date. He is stuck in the 70's and 80's pop psychology.

Wilmott is pathetic imo. Just as bad as Nurmi.

The killer is not looking as chipper and vivacious as she was early this morning.

I kinda' think you're supposed to write anything down for the record..

So, if Wilmott can finish up today. We could get juror questions and follow up on the half day tomorrow. Then have the next witness Monday. . . .maybe, hopefully. . . .

Also, I pick Ioan Gruffudd for Travis.

Remember that Jodi is a pathological liar. I'd bet my retirement that she lied throughout the entire short test. She lied to make herself NOT show ASPD (appear compassionate). She lied to make herself appear as an anxious victim.
Jodi lie? :floorlaugh:

I do totally agree with you, Pens. I find it very interesting she scored as high as she did for antisocial and narcissistic traits considering though.

A very scary specimen. Scary too that a psychologist would seemingly totally dismiss that score to pursue his preconceived hypothesis.

We've seen the many faces of Jodi Arias today, for sure. She started out cocky and perky but appears to be completely out of it now. Fog is setting in...

"full of yourself", in thrall to a murderer, blaming the victim and unable to see that slaughtering someone is pretty darn good proof that they are "assertive".

"compassionate" the word RS uses to describe himself

NOT one of the words I would use to describe him

I think I prefer Nurmi to Jenny. She speaks like a child, has no confidence or authority whatsoever, and stumbles with um and uh constantly. Oh, and I can't stand Nurmi either.

On her website bio it says:
"In addition to her criminal defense practice, Jennifer has taught hundreds
of attorneys trial practice skills and how to be a competent and effective
criminal defense attorney."

Um.... OK....

:laughcry:
Gosh, it'd be a great skit for SNL to have Jodi character doing all this crazy stuff in the courtroom - stealing stuff and stuffing it places, taking pills, signing to people. Oh, it's
almost real life. She's probably selling pencils in jail.

doc just lied

Seems, to me anyway, that this has become very personal for Wilmott. Her animosity towards the prosecutor is blatant. Does anyone remember LDB and how well she handled Baez? As exasperating and annoying as he was, she never let it show that it was personal. Wilmott, IMO is being extremely unprofessional. To me she should have been called on the fact that she blatantly ignored one of the judge's "sustained" objections.

I do NOT like her......at all.

I will admit, I haven't been paying the attention the past couple of days like I would like, since I have had someone at my house helping me.

That being said, I have heard and read enough to basically know what's going on.

Since all of this is based on LIES, and he acknowledges that original diagnosis was based on LIES...and then she changed the story.

WHY ANY OF THIS MATTERS? What jury member is going to listen to a word this guy says?

she was fleeing his approach - ran into the closet . . grab gun hoping the site of the gun would hold him @ bay . . . . she was trying to create distance . . . I think she was out of the closet @ that point . . . refer to notes . . . referring to #548 2nd page middle page . . . don't read it . . she ran into closet that is where the gun is held up

did she run ut the opposite door?
adjoining closet - hallway or bedroom not sure
running out o the closet door
she did say that
after she talked about closet door holding the gun up

objection beyond the scope of his understanding - lack foundation

Linda was amazing! Dorothy Sims wasn't bad. Not as bad as this one.

I hope Alyce will be honest and credible - for her sake... because it is over for this doc... I would not seek him for any help! :twocents:
I may be exposing my cynicism but considering she gave a keynote speech entitled 'Was Snow White A Battered Woman?' I don't have much faith she'll be either.

MOO

I'm not counting on anyone coming out of the defense camp being honest or credible but I'm worn down and cynical. For your viewing pleasure or displeasure (and somewhere 20-28 minutes or so in, she presents her fascinating theory on Snow White being a Domestic Violence victim):
