Why does JA keep sticking her tongue out ?

I've noticed that, too. Maybe it's a side effect from a medication that she's taking. Some psychotropic meds have side effects that cause facial tics, tongue movements, rapid blinking, etc. :moo:

JA starting off the day writing with her right hand.

Yes, and she keeps using the right hand. Just looked like she was drawing with her right hand. Left handed...suuuuuuuure.

I hope one of the jurors questions is something to do with his ptsd diagnosis being based as a lie

Does the defense really think all of this is helpful to their client?

I mean, who is even listening anymore? Not to say "we" (us and them!) aren't hearing words, but what are those words exactly saying?

LOL!! I don't know how 3 days of this is at all helpful to the defense.

Oh no - Jenny is using nurmi's phrases now!!

  • #492
Certain older psych meds make you do weird tongue things- she didnt always do that did she?

  • #493
Make sure you bring up 35 years again, Willmott.

  • #494
Wilmott makes sure the jury knows he's charging $250 per hour after 35 yrs of experience.

Anyone notice JA has only one notepad with her today and not a stack of folders?

ATTORNEY: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check
for a pulse?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for blood pressure?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for breathing?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you
began the autopsy?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
WITNESS: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.
ATTORNEY: I see, but could the patient have still been alive,
nevertheless?
WITNESS: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and
practising law.

Now we know where this attorney is practicing law they are in the court room right now questioning the TROLL

Of course that bi*##$ could have faked it. GMAB!

I really really hope we get to jury questions today. This testimony is like gnats buzzing in my ears.

What does JA keep looking at off to her left side??

I am noticing that too, Hopeful. Wonder what is going on over there. Sure wish we had a split screen feed.

You just know Jodi is sitting there thinking she is smart enough to fake the test.

I think they are just trying to salvage some part of the Dr's. reputation.
