This dude has lost all credibility a lonnng time ago, imo.
He inserts verbage in his notes then can't remember if they were his or JA's own words:what:, he states her story as truth/fact :furious:, when caught changing the story he says he mis-spoke or can't remember. Every time he takes the stand anew, his responses always include additional information that best suit his client's script, imo. His professional conduct in providing an unbiased evaluation remains in question and there is no rehabilitation for this witness. :banghead:

I hope that is true, but we don't know what the jury is thinking. They could be buying this PTSD hook, line, and sinker. The juror questions will be quite telling.

Why would they? They already saw right through all of Jodi's BS. And she is a much better lair than Samuels is. No way they are buying his story. JMO

The "speaking objection" is like the "leading" objection in that the lawyer is doing the testifying instead of the witness when they ramble on.

I thought the speaking objection is objecting and instead of offering a one word explanation like "relevance?" expanding on your reasoning before the court?

We all learned a nasty lesson from 'that other trial'..... The jury questions have given us all hope and the TH's seem to have gotten the same vibe from them that we all did. I can't wait to hear the next set of questions from the jurors. I hope and pray that the questions give us a clear view of where some of them are with all this bullpucky.

I made it up, just like the doc or somebody made up this knife assualt story. I'm still waiting for her to talk about her trying out for astronaut program. Which, come to think of it, is a good place for. We could send her into outer space and be done with it. Those poor folks on other planets though. . . .
