I have to say - that little tidbit about kicking her Mom is going to stick with the jury. Completely creeps me out - who kicks someone? EVER? Not even an animal. Not even as a child. Unless you have violent tendencies.

As a teacher, I have sadly seen my share of children who are perfectly ready to kick anyone.
