What in the world is this about a protective order involving Beth Karas? I just read it on twitter. Whoever is tweeting for Wild About Trial said they didn't know the details, but that people were talking about it today. :waitasec:

And the May 26th text, just two days before the gun was 'stolen', goes far to only add to that theory. IMO

Hacking's and Entwistle's came to my mind, as well. Although I disagree with the psychopath labeling. They are sociopaths, as is Scott Peterson.

Hope this is ok but it comes up in every thread. Since it is a matter near and dear to my heart, thought I would mention it:

Travis had a little pug type dog named Napolean (naps)

The dog was in the house, though not in the bedroom when Travis was murdered.

Naps, after the murder, was apparently blocked off from the upstairs area and Travis's bedroom.

It is generally felt that he had a water dish, possibly a doggie door, and some type of feeding in the days before Travis's body was discovered.

Napolean was provided for in Travis's will. He went to live with Travis's good friend, Deanna Reid.

He is still alive and well with Deanna, though he is aging and is now partially deaf and blind.

Donnareit: Our walk-in center served all genders. Although we were considered by our funders to be rural, the violence in our community exceeded the urban groups on a per capita basis. Part of this had historical foundation stemming from the government's 1954 decision to declare the Klamath Tribes sovereignty null and confiscate the reservation (very involved story). But another part had to do with I will call "the westerners" way of life (don't go crazy on me, it's my opinion based on my definition).
