Suicide mom shot herself twice ? Ok she lost me.

Sent from my SGH-T679 using Tapatalk 2

The mother-in-law of David Miscavige (head of Church of Scientology) committed suicide by shooting herself 4 times. Seriously. That was the ruling, anyway. :what:

Could we get the the juries questions now? I'll bet they are all "WTF are you talking about? What does this have to do with the case?"

  • #1,543
Can we get a few continuing edu, Women's Studies credits for watching this?

This is crap........I know adults that had drug addict parents that are in jail or deceased or dumped the kids. We have an adopted nephew ........................
and NOT abusers!
My own father was an alcoholic and I came from a dysfunctional family and
I NEVER ABUSE.
This is all crap.
If she had treated Travis, then it may make sense.........
but it is LIAR JODI's story! JMOO
BTW 786 people here and I think they are for Travis!

I feel sorry for the jurors. I can hardly keep my eyes open with these defense witnesses. It must be so hard to keep alert in real life...

Yeah, it's really important to understand why Jodi and Travis didn't go into DV counseling together!

They were only a couple in Jodi's mind.

Sure, they met and might've been considered a potential item at first but in reality they 'went out' (1000 miles apart) for about 12 weeks. Travis didn't like what he was finding out. Probably including but not limited to her sexual prowess and obsessiveness.

This was a long-distant sexual relationship that was probably played out over the phone a lot. They probably 'saw' each other physically less than 50 times if that many.

She moved to Mesa AFTER they officially broke up (see: obsessive stalker-ism) where tires were slashed, journals stolen, internet accounts hacked, doggie doors crawled through....etc)

So this case is not about a couple. Nor a domestic couple. Nor an abusive couple. There was no couple element here!

Juan is just letting her wind herself out. I thought he was going to speed-bump her with objections but he's playing it differently.
He's been at this for many years (decades) so I will comfortably assume he's got this under control.

Whaaa? Martinis?? Why, YES, please!! Lemon Drop martini with a sugared rim, please, double the Absolut Citron!!

Another thought, to Katiecoolady, PASA, any of the Happy Hour crowd.....has anyone come up with a "Martinez Martini" yet???? :D

Has anyone tweeted about what the jury is doing?

Welcome to story hour with Alyce LaViolette.....

Except every hour of story costs the good people of Arizona $300, to hear about a Lenore Walker book Alyce Laviolette is saying she can't even remember.

So paying someone 350.00 an hour to talk about her stories of domestic violence. Did they even ask her if she spoke to JA? How many hours she spent with her. If she believes she's been abused, etc? I mean how does the judge let someone testify in hypothetical stories about everyone else BUT JA...

  • #1,553
And there are no battered women in this case, either.

  • #1,554
OK, so her entire testimony is hypothetical stories? seriously?.

Yes and I guess a random anecdote is supposed to prove her generalizations. Such an odd way to present things. Hope the jury sees through this.

  • #1,555
So....she is making approximately $1800 more per day than each juror...
?

  • #1,556
Just came in the door what have I missed?

Man bashing....totally biased testimony......death threats....juans underwear....1970's bra burning....big black meat.....chocolate....and nicotine....:seeya:

I'm half dead at this point. Only JM can bring me back to life.

  • #1,558
Instead of a bullet proof vest, they should bring her into court on a dolly strapped up like Hannibal Lector.

Right ON Leebe!!! :rocker:

  • #1,559
here she goes. to those of you saying she didn't say that..she's saying it now

  • #1,560
This is a DP court case right??

I'm not sure anymore? Maybe we're in the wrong courtroom? Could there have been a mix up?
