Okay call me crazy ... but what if Juan (after all of this general testimony) gets up and says. "I have no questions for this witness". This is assuming that the defense leaves the testimony in those terms (general).

Or, do you even think that the defense will go there and try to apply some of these generalities to JA and Travis's relationship. I kinda have a feeling they might not even go there. Too risky. But I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to courtroom strategy.

:twocents: My DH had 2 alcoholic parents who fought and beat each other up throughout his childhood.

Fast forward years later and he is successful, doesn't drink at all. (Which BTW has helped me overcome my own inner demons)

And, I must note, he is so gentle and never, ever raises his voice.

He has flaws like we all do, but i'm sick and tired of hearing that you are who are because of you're upbringing, childhood social status.

Everyone has choices and we all make those choices, no one else can make them for you.

Clancy keeps saying that she knew it was Jodi who killed Travis from the minute she heard he was murdered.

Clancy says, "I knew it was her, I just knew it was her, I had no proof but felt it in my gut and I knew it was her."

Jodi had a creepy vibe and likely the one that killed Travis. There's so many people who have said this!

I wish Jurors could hear some of these people describe Jodi. People sense danger when Jodi's around. She can't be allowed out among us.

She was on the Dr D show last week too- IIRC she said that they were all at an evening function when she stumbled and Travis helped her regain her footing.
The next day Jodi cornered her alone in the washroom, very angry, and wanted her to know that Travis was HERS and she should stay away from him. Clancy said she told her she looked at Travis like a little brother, but that didn't satisfy Jodi and she felt menaced by her. Finally Clancy's friend came into the BR to find out what was taking so long, and Jodi let her go...

Thanks for posting this. I hadn't seen it before. Interesting that it says she followed him to Cali. Also, I guess I didn't know that they ever actually LIVED together. Do you know for how long? I thought she had her own place that was 5 to 15 minutes away.

I loved that too! And the explanation was so simple. She's all surface and no substance inside. What she shows on her shell of an exterior is the only thing that matters to her, because she has nothing else.

My very first trial was Jayson Williams shooting Gus (? last name) shooting and cover-up.

Tanya was William's wife (she's an attorney) and she was certainly one of the "bad guys" on the. courtTV boards. She wa the JA's mom of his trial. I'm sorry this happened to her.

I knew he was a jerk (trying to not get banned). didn't think he would abuse his wife.

He did abuse animals though.
