Has anyone heard this before? That Travis relocated for a short time?

People You'll See In Hell (website)
http://pysih.com/2009/06/21/jodi-ann-arias/

"Arias said she and Alexander dated from Feb. 2, 2007, until late June 2007 and that she broke up with him on June 29 and moved to California in April 2008. She says neither of them was interested in marriage, so she moved away to put some distance between them.
That’s not exactly true. She actually moved to California to follow Travis there when he had to relocate for a time. When he returned to Arizona, Jodi remained in California."

I read that article too. When someone challenged the author, she said to go read the police reports. I looked briefly but didn't find any beyond Detective Flores' report. I think if that were true we would have heard about it by now, but let's see those other police reports the author claims she got her info from.

Seems many of the THs are thinking this witness will flip for the state all things considered.

This is a test of her ethics. She has a choice.

  • #163
I was thinking the same thing!

But maybe Juan does want a stab at her....will he be able to pass up the chance? I doubt it.

JMO

I think that our stealth lion is lying in wait. He doesn't need to object to any of this stuff, because seriously? it's providing anyone with any doubt very clear evidence of who was actually abusive in this relationship. He trusts this jury. And the jury has to understand that by now--which attorney credits them with being able to add 1 + 1, and which attorney sing-songs everything and puts it on a chart for them.

And IMO, JM fully understands that his "bulldog" persona won't work with this witness. When his time comes, I think we will witness a rather gentle dismantling & flipping of a defense expert, except for areas where ALV stupidly refuses to relent in her trashing of TA. If she keeps that up, she might see and feel the teeth.

:cow:

Just flipped over to HLN. Do these people grade the defense witnesses just for being present?!?

I thought it was interesting that most of Travis' friends who came in contact with JA were physically repulsed by something about her. They literally had a physical reaction to her. That describes coming in contact with evil.

If people want to know what Jodi is inside--just look at the crime scene and Travis' corpse. THAT is what Jodi looks like. Hideous.

Yes - she was definitely born inside-out. If that makes sense :what:

I take it I didn't miss much today. Apparently, all ALV talked about was DV in general terms. But a whole DAY was needed for this?

I did catch a bit of the end of testimony. Please tell me she didn't drone like that the whole day! I'm surprised that she does all these speaking engagements because that droning voice sounds sooo unengaging. At least Dr. Samuels sounded animated even if everything he said was rubbish.

oops.

I was just coming here to post that link to ALV's license. 1) How did she get two licenses? 2) Does she have a third one lurking around. 3) Does this make any impact on the case?

Since Wilmott reads here, she will probably ask tomorrow lol.

And how does one bill for therapy with no license. If she's not licensed, how is she an expert/current on her stuff?

This isn't rocket science. Travis owned a home. Some (if not all) of that should be public record.

Travis Alexander's family is from and/or lives in CA. There are some who attempted to pin a criminal record on him - a criminal record in CA.

um? I think you're right Allyne - that there is no 'there' there.... but heck - let the documents fly!

DT freaking much?

Then why does she list "Individual, couple and family therapy" on her CV? Does she not have a license?

Her Masters degree is in Community Psychology iirc, not Clinical Psychology like the prosecution's expert Dr. DeMarte. Maybe 25 yrs. ago Community Psychologists weren't licensed to treat individual patients? I think it's a new discipline that arose with the women's and other "movements" in the '60s and 70s". Just guessing though.

I am waiting for our fighter jets(juan) to have his turn....is she gonna call the prosector abusive...cant wait for that interaction. Is she gonna try to blame her loss of memory on the prosector....the truth stays the truth ..no matter what. Go Juan

Don't know how true this is but just came in on twitter:

BREAKING! Alyce LaViolette's CA. license have been REVOKED cancelled since 1992. #JODIARIAS pic.twitter.com/UKC8NMeqOD

Oh no! I thought she practiced in AZ. So she was only licensed in CA and that was revoked/ cancelled? :what:

OT but Australian Dream on HLN .. we have never heard of it :)

Hah! Apparently Americans are hooked on all things Australian. From hair care products to wine....and now pain creams. If it says Australian, we'll buy it. I, for one, wish I could afford to visit your magical country!

Love Mark Eiglarsh's explanation (on Dr. Drew) regarding JA's behavior in the interrogation room, i.e. the hair flip, head stand, and asking for her purse (so she can do her make up)......all for her mug shot! All she cares about is her own appearance as she is about to be booked for murder.

:what:

I just saw that a minute ago - it makes perfect sense. Of course it doesn't make any kind of sense for a normal person, but for a narcissist it fits like a glove; or a straight jacket; or prison blues.

I just woke up. I'm not feeling well again. Is there any reason I should watch the afternoon session?
