I saw Jodi look over a couple of times during ALV's testimony at JM or in his direction. Not sure what caught her attention but she did not seem to like what she was seeing. At other times when ALV sounded as if she were describing what could be better suited to Travis Jodi had a concerned look in her eyes. I think she knows JM will turn it around. Could it be JW was at the end of her questioning of ALV? jmo

Are these judges elected by voters? If yes, this judge may be on her way out because of this trail. The expense alone is ridiculous.

She was also mad at Nurmi at the end of the day yesterday too.

But I was talking of the hearing this AM in the other court room where the went into chambers, she was there with KN, JW, re the disclosure of spending etc.

This is the long and short version of: The Life of Travis & Jodi (imo)

Jodi was in love with Travis ...Travis was in love with this newly found pastime called sex... Jodi's prowess turned him on but not her personality.... He love the sex but not her.......Jodi thought the sex would hold him... Travis like the sex but was growing tired of it... He was looking for a decent woman to settle down with now that he was 30... Jodi realized this ... the trip was the last straw... She went to his home uninvited and probably unannounced to give him one last chance---equipped for the worse (gun)........She be-gifted him with KY-Brazilian wax sex thinking he would change his mind ... After the sex she probably asked was he still taking that girl to Cancun....... He said yep and the gun/knife came out... End of the story ... guilty as charge...

Either this DT has no intuition, no skills, no sense of awareness of what is going on around them and with the jury, or they're ignoring it. It's like they live in a bubble. I'm beginning to think it's a team effort between them and their client to stall and delay this trial. What could they be avoiding, the verdict? jmo

It was hard for me to watch because this man was a good friend of Travis's and he had to testify for the defense.

IIRC, Chris did call her a stalker in his testimony and also said that she is the person who murdered my friend.

After his testimony comes the infamous Gus Searcy making a complete fool of himself. He never got called back to finish his testimony. Hmmm, I wonder Why?

Do not want the jury to see her with a migraine that may only give her sympathy. I've had some before that no amount of medicine will fix so I just curl up on the couch with something over my face to block out all light and no one is allowed to talk higher then a whisper near me. Do not need to see her in the fetal position ( sure a bit dramatic but I bet Jodi would try to do it) on the floor in pain. Though I am ticked off that there is no court today dragging this all out even more.

By the way those lights in the courtroom look horrible on the eyes of someone with a migraine so I hope they hurt her like HE double hockey sticks before they canceled court today. May she be doubled over, head spinning and feeling like her skull will crush in any moment in time every time she blinked her eyes, breathed, hair moved etc.

Won't her jail cell have lights??? Can you turn off lights in a jail cell (the inmate turn them off)?

I wish I had some imitrex - I have my office lights off now.

Sources of Jodi’s $ -- Photographer? Artist?

A bit O/T now, some posters said -- She says she’s a photographer (meaning professional), but never sold a photo.
Ditto: Prof. artist, who never sold a painting, drawing, etc.

Not doubting it, but do we have doc’s (maybe journals) or video in which she refers to herself as being a (prof.) photographer or artist, not just as a hobbyist?

Or is this something gathered from others, say, Travis’ friends? Or co-workers at Big Sur, Palm Desert, etc?

People who knew her said she was always taking photos to document her life. Other than accidentally photographing the ceiling in the midst of a gruesome murder frenzy, has she ever photographed anything that didn't have either herself or Travis in the photo? You know, like an apple or a sunset or a flower or perhaps a fire in the desert? Hoover Dam, even? Salt flats in Utah? Upside-down license plates?

Exactly! Many single mothers/parents have to suck it up and go to work sick/with a migraine every single day! Infuriating! :furious:

when we are on a project we don't have the luxury of calling it a day because we don't feel well. In five weeks I have taken exactly 3 days off because I was throwing up uncontrollably. It was unusual. Our clients do not accept excuses, they want results and missing a deadline comes with penalties. This is BS

it's so frustrating to see this killer catered to.
