That would be a sur-rebuttal. I don't know if AZ does that or even permits it. I tend to doubt it. I hope not, because I don't have the patience for this to last all summer. I have Andrea Sneiderman to watch in July!:rocker:

I've never said anything about the Judge so far because I took into consideration the magnitude of the trial, it being her first DP case, and I just have a natural respect for Judges. Today I break my silence.

I feel she has forgotten about three of the four major players in this trial, them being the jury, the tax payers, and TA family. It's just plain shameful at this point. But, hey JA is happy thus far.

Jail bus leaves for ALL inmates going to court. Because Jodi's trial doesn't start until 10 am or so, doesn't mean that for the other inmates. Some trials start earlier in the morning.

As long as she isn't being singled out ... not a biggie. IMO. Good for ONE inmate is good for ALL.

True, but as others have said, this has been going on since the 90s, when Sheriff Joe took over the jail. If it were a legitimate basis for appeal, it would have been done before now.

She isn't entitled to any special treatment.

I agree. She has the same option as every single other prisoner - to pack herself a sack lunch from the huge meal they give them in the morning. If she doesn't want to do that, then don't complain about not eating.
She and her attorneys simply want to whine and complain about "poor, poor, Jodi".

MISS ARIAS better watch herself!

she is going to have problems!!!!

She is asking for it though.

I heard they "eat" when they arrive to the court house in the am.
They can keep what they want for lunch at that time.

IMO she thinks she has already won this and has decided she will no longer follow the rules.
She isn't eating what she is being given and whining for more.

The other girls are pointless. JA and TA weren't engaged. The only person who's said they were exclusive is, once again, HER. We have no evidence he ever agreed to that.

I'm thinking if she keeps telling the "top ten stories" - no make that 50 stories, she'll be on the stand for a couple more days. The details of the company she was working for (State Farm, churches) during the event are unnecessary and to me - nauseating.
As I understand it she can't talk specifically about Travis, but she can Arias, so all of those notes she took have to come in here somewhere.
Just talking about it, I'm amending my best guess to three or four more days just for direct. I think Juan will be pretty quick - he already knows what baloney she's going to argue.

No, they don't get a rebuttal. Once the defense rests, they're done, except for cross of the rebuttal witnesses and their closing argument.

Can someone tell me what they were talking about when Arias got "sick"? Was the witness still going on with examples about types of abuse? Sorry I grew up with DV, worked through it all and broke the cycle for my kids/grand-kids, it saddens me to see that evil woman (Jodi) use this defense. Juan gets up last since it's the state's burden of proof. The rebuttal will proceed just like Juan's CIC with him calling the wittiness, and the DT having their chance to cross.
The only difference is, the rebuttal has to relate to something already argued.
This is going to be Juan's light in the darkness to finish up all those questions we all have. AND to nail her azz to the wall.
