Watch HLN: I get annoyed with the whole reasonable doubt thing. There will always be reasonable doubt in any case unless someone was right there to witness it first hand.

They tend to leave out BEYOND a reasonable doubt, not BEYOND ALL doubt

I mean, I know she is guilty, but constitutionally speaking, everyone is entitled to a fair trial. I just know that if I were ever wrongly accused of a crime I would hope I would get a fair trial and not have public opinion decide that "meh, fry her", and not allow my defense attorney to defend me. :jail:

And a lot of the criticism I read had more to do with the fact that any paid testimony was suspect. If that is so, oughtn't it apply to both sides?

I said that someone has to do it, but whom and for what price......see what I mean?

Just like Defense attny's get paid TONS more....There is a reason why.

I mean, has it been proven that he in fact knew she was taping that call?

Yes! And in an ideal world experts on both sides would not manipulate the truth - only present it.

The story goes that the shirt was made by Travis and had his name on the front and ...Being Better Blog. On the back. But there has never been a picture anywhere that I have found, of the back of the shirt. And I have looked, and looked. You would think if one of his friends had the shirt they would have posted a picture of it. And if there was such a shirt in the hands of the prosecution, that JA would have been confronted with it while she was on the stand.
