So a silly question....when they break for lunch, Jodi doesn't "eat" with her attorneys? Does she spend that time alone?

She goes back to a holding cell at the court house.
Her attorneys go eat lunch where ever they decide to eat at that day.

No worries. I got it out of my system. As a woman, i feel that female inmates do not follow the same cultural rules that the rest of us do. It doesn't take long for them to become institutionalized based on the emotional dynamic of a woman. Not to mention sociopath emotional, institutionalized female.

I am now an investigator. This ploy by Arias in all of her lies hast blood boiling! She is so used to manipulating people that when she cries, it's due to frustration because people don't believe her lies. It's not remorse, it's not sorrow. It's just so easy for me to see. And for the record, Detective Flores was genius. Let her tell the lies, because some of those lies hold a lot of truth!

Thank you so much for your insight...glad you are here

Ok, so this might be an unpopular post but I've been thinking about this all day (hey, I lost my job and I have nothing better to do). I know that there are some observers, like KCL, who are totally confident in the jury. Does anyone else think "what if?" What if they somehow decide to take pity on JA? We all see the crazy headstand interrogation tape and digging through the trash, singing and laughing, talking about kicking her dog, but the jury doesn't. So what if they drop the ball...do you think they'll see that footage down the road and regret their decision?

JA is ASPD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and God-only-knows what else. Borderlines frequently self-injure and have eating disorders, so JA is intentionally starving herself, IMO.

If inmates can be gagged in court to keep them from disrupting the proceedings, JA can be forced to wear a feedbag in court like a donkey.

:what: Hey! Leave me out of this!

What'll ya have, what'll ya have?
I live 12 miles from the Varsity in Kennesaw GA
31 from the one in Atlanta!

I miss their food. I can't eat it anymore.
I remember when I was 19 I got really sick!
I had Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome

Superior mesenteric artery syndrome - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I could not eat!
My food would not go down.
They put me on the floor with the girls that had
anorexia.
People with anorexia can get this syndrome. I didn't have
anorexia but I was rail thin and not absorbing
calories from my food.
I was 5'8" and weighed 85#
Could not gain a pound to save my life!
The nurses would order the GIRLS THAT HAD ANOREXIA pizza and Chinese
Dunkin Donuts and Taco Bell!
They would beg them to eat "just one bite"

There I was salivating and DYING!!! (literally the survival rates
are low with this condition SMA syndrome is estimated to have a mortality rate of 1 in 3 )
Sucking down my Nutrament, Sustacal, Ensure and every few days my yummy
barium... :puke:

If she is choosing to not eat on her own she could end up in trouble!

Ohh my, gingersnap is from the city right near me that requires every single citizen by law to own a gun! hey ginger, we're both rednecks! :D

Is it true that the conference call Travis was suppose to have the evening of his murder was with Gus Searcy?

Juan must have him in the witness protection program, ready to come in for the rebuttal case. I've yet to even see a picture of this dude.
Wherever he is...Someone is helping him.

Are they still in business??????? I remember going with my Dad to one and my feet didn't reach to the end of the seat. I thought Prince Charming lived there. lol

I think she is detached from Jodi and doesn't like her. Your own child hits you, kicks you, and who knows what other carp she dished out to her parents?

Right. And is it just me, or does anyone else think it's telling that on the day Jodi's "sex tape" was first played - the one most embarrassing day of the trial - that Jodi's father, little brother and little sister were in the gallery to observe ? I just am not convinced that they were there to "support" Jodi. It was more like they were there to humiliate her.

Yes, I worry a lot. I don't worry about the whole jury, but I worry about one or two maybe having pity on her. I try so hard to adopt that confident stance but I can't. I trust KCL's eyes and opinions though. She seems to have a good read on people.

I really truly don't think they would ever outright acquit her. I think LWOP is her very best shot.

Thank you! If she's a photographer, then I'm a chef because I made a hard boiled egg today.

You guys are all cracking me up tonight.:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh: And laughing is a good thing, only problem I doubt I will ever be able to sleep...

I don't think all of them would drop the ball. I think they will all do the right thing. jmo

I hope they prove she took those nasty, naked shots herself. Something is way off about those. Travis was either just waking up and she had that KY on the bed or something, he did not look happy and that gesture.
Now she looked hurried, like she laid down quickly...no smile...for Jodi? If Travis was taking the pic? no way. She took them, on a timer. I bet he went to get something to eat or make a call--she probably said she wanted to shower. If they had sex, why aren't those braids messed up?

I've about given up on trying to figure it out, but I know what you mean. Nothing seems right about any of the photos that day.

What I do know is that JA took bits and pieces of the truth and mixed it with a bunch of lies to create her defense.
