Full Moon.

Yes, I worry a lot. I don't worry about the whole jury, but I worry about one or two maybe having pity on her. I try so hard to adopt that confident stance but I can't. I trust KCL's eyes and opinions though. She seems to have a good read on people.
According to our legal eagles, it could mean the difference between pre meditation and crime of passion or even self defense.
Proving there was NO knife in the bedroom or bathroom would seal the deal for premeditation.
Legal folks, please correct if this is wrong, but I thought I remembered reading something to that end, by one of our lawyers.
Yes, it was. About the same time CM was begging for a psych eval, IIRC.I had forgotten that Casey pulled this stunt too. Wasn't it near the end of the case too?
Ok, so this might be an unpopular post but I've been thinking about this all day (hey, I lost my job and I have nothing better to do). I know that there are some observers, like KCL, who are totally confident in the jury. Does anyone else think "what if?" What if they somehow decide to take pity on JA? We all see the crazy headstand interrogation tape and digging through the trash, singing and laughing, talking about kicking her dog, but the jury doesn't. So what if they drop the ball...do you think they'll see that footage down the road and regret their decision?
Are they still in business??????? I remember going with my Dad to one and my feet didn't reach to the end of the seat. I thought Prince Charming lived there. lol
OMG Steak and Shake??? I haven't heard that in years...wah wah wah. I want that...my grandma used to take us there. The little chili peppers in those bottles, chili mac, those great skinny fries....wah wah and all I have is my chicken soup for dinner. I thought S and S was just in Illinois???
Thank you so much for your insight...glad you are here
That's what I thought when she was all "what's this, what's this?" She looked pizzed.
Right. And is it just me, or does anyone else think it's telling that on the day Jodi's "sex tape" was first played - the one most embarrassing day of the trial - that Jodi's father, little brother and little sister were in the gallery to observe ? I just am not convinced that they were there to "support" Jodi. It was more like they were there to humiliate her.
Unfortunately, they probably won't bother because it muddies up more important evidence...But it's funny to know that she most likely took them herself.
Now THAT should be the definition of!
moo
And for the record, Whataburger A-1 Thick and Hearty burger is the best!
Whataburger generously butters and toasts their buns, IMO much better than Sonic!!
Born, raised and lived in Texas for 36 years - FT. Worth - and now in Atlanta.
:laughcry: Don't blame the messenger
And reading about what you went through (not gaining weight etc.) screams celiac disease, I'm glad you were finally diagnosed!
I know what you mean...I'm down to thinking that she photographed older pics onto his camera! It makes more sense to me than what she's telling.I've about given up on trying to figure it out, but I know what you mean. Nothing seems right about any of the photos that day.
What I do know is that JA took bits and pieces of the truth and mixed it with a bunch of lies to create her defense.

In case you missed it elsewhere, my word for the day is:

You're welcome. :great:

See now, I would have crumbled in front of Flores. His voice is too sexy for my crime, too sexy for my crime, too sexy to rhyme.
Sorry, that deserves a big round of boos. But I do think his voice is sexy.
