Did anyone catch the report by Jean C., yesterday, about JM giving autographs? She claims to have seen a juror watching JM giving autographs, having his picture taken, talking to admirers, etc. Supposedly, there are benches in the area where this

I bet there is a hearing about this and said juror is dismissed, at the least. Mistrial? Maybe...
Did anyone catch the report by Jean C., yesterday, about JM giving autographs? She claims to have seen a juror watching JM giving autographs, having his picture taken, talking to admirers, etc. Supposedly, there are benches in the area where this happens and this juror is out there, a lot. IMO, she has managed to insert herself into this case and is working hard to get Jodi a mistrial. Said it is horrible for a juror to witness such wrongdoing by JM....I hope and pray that Travis' family and friends steer clear of her and never, ever say anything that she can and will twist around to help Jodi. :furious:

Morning Amster! IMHO Jean C is either wrong or speculating (which means "making it up" according to Juan).

Guys, tell me if you've had different experiences, but during the few juries I've sat on over the years, we were first off, all basically babysat by bailiffs: Ea time we, as a group, left the courtroom, headed to restrooms, smoked, and otherwise moved through public areas, our bailiff was either with us or nearby.

Second, in my experiences we were given the do-not-talk-listen-or-go to anywhere/anyone rule over & over & over.
Very soon, we all automatically kept a blinders-on mentality & would have avoided like the plague getting ourselves into an environment (inside or outside tge courthouse) as described by JC, i.e., sitting around where media/attorneys/witnesses might be parading by.

Amster, thanks for your post! May be wrong, but I am beginning to think HLN loves, loves, loves to serve up every minute of the trial as high drama with a side order of intrigue to go! lol
