--ALV reviewed seven hours of unedited footage done by CBS 48 hours.
--reviewed journals.
--reviewed IM messages, text messages, emails, involving JA, TA, and Sky and Chris Hughes.
--Text messages from TA to numerous women.
--around 20 interviews that were done with JA's family and extended family, prior boyfriends, employers
--went over Samuels and Dr. Demarte's work
--saw crime scene and autopsy photos

spoke with Jodi and tried to get information, clarification, creating a connection so that JA is willing to share with her.

So should that give the victim the right to go after the person breaking into their car and shoot and stab them rather than call the police?

I know people are going to hate me but honestly...

leave Juan alone, for now. Let's not put him on the spot or put him in any situation that could be twisted. It's not that it's anyone's fault. The issue is we have a <mod snip> running the show on the DT and some in the media. I do not want Juan to have to deal with one more thing no matter what it is. I don't want him to have to answer to anything or change his behaviors.

I don't want Juan uncomfortable becuase he has to watch himself.

I don't blame a single soul for wanting to be close to Juan or boasting that they got a photo with Juan. He is an amazing person! Let's give that amazing person a clear path to end this trial as easily as possible.
