Can you or anyone tell me why he pulled that picture out during her testimony? I mean, I just can't imagine any reason why she would need to see it.

She didn't. She was clearly fond of Travis, did not want to hurt him or his family. Even though she was called as a defense witness, she was uncomfortable with that - she said that she was immature, over- reacted and wished she would not have sent the e-mail (relatively harmless from what we heard) if she hadn't been angry and hasty.

Did you guys catch how Jodi says she spent months living at Travis' house? Where is the proof? And why does Jodi seem to know who, if true, Travis might have borrowed money from? "6K from somebody-no hurry or worries", "babysitter was going to Cancun cause Travis owed them money"???! Do you notice her attitude towards people with money, but she blames Travis even then. They can wait, even though she was doing the same to him.
I doubt Travis ever borrowed money from her, more like....asked for repayment of loans/bail out of some Jodi drama.
Has Jodi ever lived on her own, took care of herself?

How come NG has access to 6 hours of interrogation tapes? Can we see these for ourselves online somewhere.. The entire 6 hours?

I saw the clip where JM took a pic and signed an autograph. He seemed genuinely surprised and a bit embarrassed. He also declined to make any comments or grant any interviews. I think he was trying to be graceful and left as quickly as he could after that.

I now think that Jodi & Travis were NEVER a couple (like others have pointed out here). Jodi is the one who made the decision to change her entire life to be near Travis--and that's just not normal or healthy. AVL should be talking about Jodi's psychological inability to make wise decisions & go into the pathology of a woman who meets a man and then ends a 4 year relationship involving property ownership & a small child immediately after meeting a man at a conference.

Also pathological is Jodi's immediate acceptance of Mormonism--she would have converted to Catholicism or Judaism if that's what religion Travis was.

After making these major life decisions based on landing Travis, Jodi immediately uses sex as a means to manipulate him. He was NOT sexually experienced before Jodi. Jodi is more than knowledgeable about anal, oral and lubricants, and she uses sex as a tool of manipulation.

Jodi was knocking herself out to get Travis to marry her or even make her his "official" girlfriend. She couldn't close the deal.

At whatever point that she realized that her crotch wasn't forcing Travis to do what she wanted, she got angry & this rage bubbled right beneath the surface. That's when Psycho Jodi started acting out with the tire slashing, hacking into accounts, intimidating other women & breaking into Travis' home.

She then switched to a "Perfect Woman" persona: It's OK to not make me your girlfriend, Travis. But we have great sex! And we have fun traveling! Let's just do that, and I'll agree that you are a free agent.

Jodi then puts all her strength into becoming sexually attractive and irresistible to Travis under the guise of being OK with just having a friends with benefits relationship.

The whole time she is doing this, she is getting angrier and angrier. Travis is dating "good girls" who don't have sex with him, and he prefers them. Once Travis is married, Jodi will have no place in his life and she knows this. She has lost the game.

Jodi was enraged with Travis for a long time. Travis was too inexperienced and naive sexually to see what was going on. Too bad ALV is so biased towards women as victims because Travis is a classic victim!

BBM: You hit the nail on the head with those observations. Ending it with DB shows me that Jodi's relationship dynamics are similar to parasite and host. Parasites latch on to new hosts when the old one no longer serves its purpose.

Jumping to a thought that just occurred to me after watching the video of Thursday's testimony w/ ALV: I was struck by the story of Jodi & Travis' meeting at the conference in LV. I had not heard the story of how Jodi borrowed clothes from SH to attend a VIP event. That is so odd to me. What kind of woman agrees to borrow clothes from another woman she doesn't know for a man she just met? Wearing clothes that belong to someone else to present herself at an event where she is meeting new people in the company of a man she barely knows ----- anyone care to interpret THAT?

I agree the whole "you're a free agent, I'm a free agent" thing was a ploy. Recall Jodi's diary entry (placed strategically where she was sure Travis would read it) about 4 different guys asking her out that evening. Suuuuuure. I have a ton of single, attractive g/f who are dating machines and I have never ever known any one of them to have 4 date offers all for the same day!

I have always assumed the license plate was put upside once she got to Utah (or nearby) on purpose so she could get pulled over... since an upside down license plate is eye catching.... then laughed "oh my friends must be playing a joke on me" and then there, now its on record she was nowhere near Travis at that time.

What are your opinions? I didnt realize (i must be slow :blushingthat it was thought she did that to not be noticed near Travis house. Wouldnt the upside down plate stand out more if thats the case?

My thought is she brought her old Arizona license plate with her, and switched her rental cars "California" plate to her "Arizona" plate. So she would be just another local, and advoiding any suspicion that she was ever there. After killing TA and once she got out of Arizona, somewhere in her haste and fog, SHE ACCIDENTLTY put the California plates back on upside down. I rest my case :wink:

I tend to agree because I do not find it plausible that she went through the Hoover Dam checkpoint with an upside down plate that went unnoticed. However to this point, there is only her word she went through the checkpoint. I would hope that LE would have reviewed the tapes of the security cameras to find out if she did.

HLN starts replaying Jodi testimony at 1pm, don't know if it will be transcribed. NG's whole show was all Jodi/Flores, I think she did this show ahead of time. I don't think there was any callers. I listened off and on, wished I paid more attention now since the transcribed part with audio/pic....oh, some of it was split screen, so they are getting some from court.

I was just thinking about this a little more, and I believe I remember Jodi saying she did cut her hand while she was there, but it was her right hand. Didn't she say that? She absolutely needed to prove that finger was not injured that day in order to claim Travis broke it during a prior rage. That is the only injury she can show that gives a hint that Travis was abusive. I think you have just proven it to be a lie!

Except that she wasn't using the abuse story at the time this interrogation took place.

I am watching the NG interrogation tape with Jodi and Detective Flores. He mentioned to her that he has heard the word obsession over and over pertaining to her behavior with Travis. Flores even says Fatal Attraction has been mentioned a few times.

Does anybody know if the jury heard this part of the tape?

Jodi said left palm print when Flores asked her how she left her bloody palm print on the wall. He asks the question, she says, "my left palm print is on the wall?"....now she already knows they got her and Travis' blood DNA mixed, so you tell me, slip of the tongue? How does Jodi which hand print, left or right, was left on that wall? She had cuts to both hands.

Flores kept on talking and didn't circle around, so I'm not sure he picked up on it.

Hey everyone Good morning I only made it to page 48 of the last thread. Ms. LaViolette, in my opinion is just another uninformed highly overpaid expert who was hired by the DT to portray the killer as a victim. It’s too sad the jury has so many lies to think about for the next 4 days.
I am aware of JC being for the DT by day, and then changes over to the PT by night. I imagine she had to swear to tell the truth, nothing but the truth. I also know this no longer means anything in our courts. So I am very curious about what JC did on the stand. Who was she questioned by? Whose side did she take, the DT or the PT?
I'd like to thank all of you who watched and wrote about what was going on

JC was questioned by Nurmi. No jury present. Nurmi tried to get JC to admit to having seen JM meeting with "fans" outside the courthouse but JC didn't bite. In fact, she did not witness said incident and only knew about it from watching video and hearing others speak about it. The brief testimony didn't amount to much, and the Judge pretty much dismissed it. No mistrial. No sanction for Juan Martinez. Much ado about nothing. End. Of. Story. Nice try, DT.

In a tv interview with both Hughes, Sky pointed to Jodi's inappropriate conduct with Travis in their and their kids 'presence, including sucking on his ear and something similar I can't remember. They took Travis aside at some point when they thought Jodi had gone to bed and told him their low opinion of her. The door was ajar and the conversation stopped when Sky mouthed "I think she's outside the door, listening" and a few moments later an enraged Jodi came into the room.

I knew all that except for the enraged part. Please tell me what Jodi did/said.
