Unpleasant and accounted for. :seeya:

So they're still arguing the mistrial I assume?

I think she believes she can read lips and saw the juror say something - she and Wilmott always did their little whisper huddle in court looking toward the jury. I think Jodi has had it in for this juror for a while and just waited until she could accuse her of something. Jodi requested the juror be removed, it's in the motion.[/QUOTE]

BBM...The accused Murderess can REQUEST that a juror be removed??? That doesn't seem to make much sense! Wouldn't everyone accused of murder be ontop of a loophole like that in effort to 'hedge their bets' of a sympathetic jury??

I also have Klonopin if we run out of Ativan (or Xanax) :P

I like that better...takes longer to get in the system but longer acting. I take it only PRN but when it's needed it's awesome.

OMG the TH on HLN said that if a mistrial is granted... there could be pressure on the state to offer a plea deal because of how much money has been spent already. If that happened and it was anything less than 1st degree LWOP, I will flip out!

Why does everyone think there is a new plea? The DT is fighting for a mistrial, that is why they are in chambers. They want more than a juror ousted, they want a mistrial.

I agree with you there!

It's the principle of the thing. They know it infuriates Jodi to see them wearing them. So if I were TA's family I would get quite a bit of pleasure out of wearing them for that fact alone.
It hasn't been all that many years since they stopped banning the victim's family from the courtroom because it was considered to prejudicial for the jury to see them. Thank Parents of Murdered Children for that legislation.

I just don't understand why the Travis' family would be in chambers with the defendant. That is just very very strange!

Attorneys on Fox had information that juror #5 said something negative about the defense. That was all they said...

who knows at this point :/

Well, if true, at least it was negative against Arias and the 'team"!

I would be surprised if JM would accept that offer. From what I understand, JM doesn't deal. I think JM takes this case personal and I think he wants the the Death Penalty. Imo, JM is disgusted with JAs snippy, narcissistic, rude and disrespectful attitude that she has shown in regard to the court, TAs family and the prosecutor. IF JM does accept the LWOP offer is will be for the sake of TA's family.

It wouldn't be JM accepting a deal it would be JM's boss. JM isn't the one who calls all those shots but he certainly does have input into them.

Imagine how juror 5 is gonna feel if she causes a mistrial..... I think she'll have to go into hiding.

I'm really worried about this situation, a mistrial would be so hard on T's family. Just hoping that it's not the case.

Please tell me FCA means what I think it means... :please:

Well, if you're thinking what I WISH it could mean, then no......
