This is a travesty!!! AVL is worse than the proverbial 'town gossip'. She's mouthing all of the garbage that came out of JA's mouth on Direct! She looks like she's really into it, too - how UNPROFESSIONAL! She didn't know ANY of the people she is trashing!!! JA is sooo smug - first she gets juror #5 knocked off the jury - and now she has AVL verifying all of her lies! Travis was a 'player'... SO WHAT??? JA knew it but she continued to 'play him'. She lost - she murdered him. Case closed! Can hardly wait for rebuttal - Juan needs to put the Hugh's on the stand and wipe that smirk off JA's face...permanently!

LV is a JA. bot. It's as if the psychopath is on the stand and telling her story, only this time with feeling.

Good point Chester. Can the judge sequester the jury?

  • #1,323
Do we even know what she said? ty

No, but it was enough to get her dismissed.

I can't stand people who will not or cannot follow simple instructions and that shows in my comments. And one of those jurors could derail this whole train.

For GOD'S sake does anyone on this planet think Jodi of all people was put off by vaginal sex?? Or that she would EVER for one second deny herself anything because of her religion-of-the-day? How can ALV say this or even believe it and maintain any credibility? She has to have a above a room temperature iq right??

I completely agree! This judge has let this pathetic defense team run amuck this whole trial. The judge has no control over her court she has let the defendant dictate the terms of this trial since the beginning and it's now gone too far with allowing these emails. If I was Mr. Martinez I would object to every single question from this point on. Enough.

I'm sure the defense searched high and low to find two experts to testify for them. Someone mentioned that it took them six tries to find ALV and possibly the same for RS.

And I am very against whatever Juan did to his hair, my little man crush has diminished, men should know this - dying their hair is not attractive, it makes them look insecure.

WORD. If the boyfriend decided to color his gray, I would color his face with a Sharpie. For reals.

Why is it ok for women to blow dry, straighten, colour, perm and dye their hair but it's off putting for a man to dye his? lol.

Good jury is going to be excorted out a different door. Should be that way.

I seriously hate her, and I'm not happy to say that. One of the most evil people I've ever laid eyes on. NO IDEA how those sweet brothers & sisters are able to sit there so close, but without being able to do or say anything to her. Honestly don't think I'm capable of that, but more grace is given where & when it's needed...

Travis didn't want to label boyfriend and girlfriend?? Maybe because they weren't, ALV!!

  • #1,331
I think this jury is a heartbeat away from sequestration.

I don't believe that JA ever objected to any type of sex with Travis. We only have her word that she objected to sex AND I don't believe a word that comes out of Arias's mouth.

It also makes me sick that this so called expert seems to be spouting things that JA told her as the absolute truth. As if JA has never lied to anyone!!!!!

They dated and had sex. They both enjoyed it. Who cares? Not me.

ETA: and it makes me sick that JA is making out every sexual encounter to be dirty and some kind of abuse by Travis. and it makes me even sicker that a so called professional can get up and state hearsay from a murderer as the truth and provide her expert analysis.

Guess she was not happy none of the jurors looked at her????

can juror 5 be allowed into courtroom as observer now or not at all in courtroom? do you think that the dv witness on is not very feminine? more masculine in her gender? does she not like men?

I don't know about the juror.

I don't know why we are interested in her level of feminine style, but she doesn't look like she'd like frilly dresses. No crinolines, I bet. Probably not very high heels, either. She might not use pens with feathers or pompoms on them, either. Why do you ask?

Gender in totality is a whole 'nother ballgame and I find it rude to publicly speculate about; let the person bring it up themselves or bring it up if you're good friends with them, maybe. Just mho :)

I think her politics may be too extreme against men, though, yes. I think that because of what she is testifying -- ie, her own views straight from her own mouth.

Judge ask jurors not to talk to anyone . . .. they will be escorted by security - they are not to go in the front of the courthouse - they will have a new place to meet . . .. go back to jury room and wait for further instructions

recess until 1:30

This sounds like juror #5 may have been approached by someone in the courthouse.

Now they are being extra cautious.

is this standard procedure that an "expert witness" can be used to funnel whatever the defendant tells him or her into evidence?

if so I wonder why they even put jodi on the stand. they could have entered their entire defense through this witness without subjecting jodi to cross examination.

I wouldn't put it passed JA and the defense team to have set up tri-color. Possibly by having someone wait outside the courthouse for someone matching her easily identifiable description in order to purposely get her to say something, anything she shouldn't

Really? No male in my family or friends in MX would be caught dead dying their hair --- salt and peppah is the new sexy me thinks!!!

Maybe it's the age group? I dunno--my BIL is a meteorologist on local news & he has my DH's sister do it for him.

My DH is def getting the greys in around the hairline--and he won't dye it. I guess to each his own.:floorlaugh:

This should have been done from the get go. What an idiot.
