Isn't this a little strange that the family and the defendant are in Judges chambers @ the same time? . . .. Any Atty's here to answer this?

I was thinking that, or that there is a mistrial and instead of doing the whole thing over, JA wants to plead guilty for LWOP. Let's just hope it's, at the most, juror 5 is removed. JA deserves nothing less than the death penalty!!

Personally I would be happy with LWOP now, because I have never had to take the death penalty into account, being from England and Canada.

On the other hand, we would miss all Juan's 'good stuff'.

NO MISTRIAL, for heaven's sakes get Jodi away from Travis' family and back at the table where she belongs to continue this trial. There is no reason what so ever to throw away the last 3 months, to delay anything else. :furious:

Yes I do. The defense is pissed about the ribbons. Or they wouldn't have Jodi's family wearing their ribbons.

We don't know for sure, she is accused of saying something to other jurors - we don't know what she said or if it's even true. Jodi wants this juror ousted.

Attorneys on Fox had information that juror #5 said something negative about the defense. That was all they said...

They are all in chambers because they are going to excuse Juror #5. There is no way the judge is going to declare a mistrial, not a chance, nada! There is way too much attention to this case, way too many people know how much it has already cost....huh uh, nope, this case will move forward without juror #5. IMO

I don't mind that, I've heard that juror #5 was seemingly defense friendly. Nurmi/Wilmott may well have shot themselves in the foot requesting her removal. Let's hope so.

Are we thinking it's Tri Color? If so, then maybe all the note taking wasn't out of sympathy for JA.... maybe we were concerned for nothing?
