She's lucky she didn't ruin the whole trial and waste all that money spent so far. If she has any sense she will keep her mouth shut until this trial is over. She could cause problems speaking about the trial at this point. I hope the judge advised her of that.

This is a fake email. The BCC line is showing. Which means it was an edited email.

This is a travesty!!! AVL is worse than the proverbial 'town gossip'. She's mouthing all of the garbage that came out of JA's mouth on Direct! She looks like she's really into it, too - how UNPROFESSIONAL! She didn't know ANY of the people she is trashing!!! JA is sooo smug - first she gets juror #5 knocked off the jury - and now she has AVL verifying all of her lies! Travis was a 'player'... SO WHAT??? JA knew it but she continued to 'play him'. She lost - she murdered him. Case closed! Can hardly wait for rebuttal - Juan needs to put the Hugh's on the stand and wipe that smirk off JA's face...permanently!

Even though Juror #5 was excused and has no more obligation to this case, would she be allowed to come in to court as a spectator now? Or would that be prejudicial? If it were me, I'd want to go back just to show Jodi's smug mug she didn't win... lol

People can moan about Belvin Perry all they want but this woman (Stephens) is making me NUTS. She is in wayyyyyy over her head, IMO.

There is NO FOUNDATION for these emails and THIS DV expert is most certainly not qualified to be tesitfying about them.

If the tables were turned and these emails were favorable to the State were brought in by the prosecution, & permitted to be discussed by an unqualified expert, this would be a PERFECT appellate issue.

She does not seem to have the confidence to preside over a DP case IMO. It is her first one and no seeming criminal trial experience from what I have read.

To be honest if I were a juror then I'd tell the Judge if I noticed anything off. I like to play by the rules especially in a trial like this.
