Hello,

my first post after lurking here for a month or so.

I've always been against the death penalty for a variety of reasons, but in this case I would absolutely make an exception.

Never have seen a person who is more evil than Jody Arias. There is something deeply wrong with her that is scary. Made even scarier by her appealing appearance. Anything less than the death penalty and she wins because that is all this case is about now. I can see her smiling and preening if second degree is the verdict.

I literally despise this woman and if asked, I would flip the switch that does her in.

Well, enough ugliness.

Being a male, I gotta say, Beth Karas is stunningly beautiful and engaging.....wow!

Thats all I got for now, this is like the OJ case. Just can't wait for the verdict.

My prediction is guilty of 1st degree.

BTW - who has time to send brand new acquaintances 3 page single spaced emails?? One thing I have ALWAYS noticed about these PPL people is that they seem to have an awful lot of time on their hands.

If that email is allowed to go back to jury deliberations, it may have the opposite effect of its reason for being admitted by the defense in the first place.

When I read it, all I could think of was that the author must be a self-indulgent, obsessive, stalker type. Who does that?

You know something bothers me about the hearing this morning. They have this lady, Jury #5, appear at 9:15 AM PST. She has been a responsible juror. Yet, they choose to have this hearing all morning, holding everything up; then, to make it worse embarrass this lady escorting her out of the building!!!

This hearing could have been done at the end of today's trial session, and the county clerk (whomever would do this sort of thing) would call at her home informing of the dismissal and why.

Jury #5 would not have been humiliated in front of the other jurors and general people waiting to start this trial. I hold the Judge responsible for this ma-lay.

NO NO NO,
Miss Arias could not have gotten the kind of disruption and irritation to it's maximum effect if things were that efficient and clean. She got to upset the jury, especially # 5, Travis' Family and supporters, and all of the court + attorneys. ( a win for her in her mind)

So glad I decided to stop watching this witness about 20 min into her testimony last week. She is a waste of time just like Samuels was. There is no good or valid reason that can mitigate why JA murdered (yes, murdered) Travis. And, since I'm not on the jury, I don't have to watch or listen to her and can wait for JM's cross instead. Saves time, saves aggravation, and may I say, freedom is wonderful!

I'm sure, and rightly so, if there was a rape and murder trial where the defense focused on irrelevent aspects of the victim's sex life, manner of dress and relationships, which has nothing to do with a violent sexual crime and attempts to make the victim of a crime culpable for it, Alyce LaViolette would be outraged.

Getting paid to tweak the facts (and by implication just make it up as she goes along) to "blame the victim" in a brutal stalking and murder case so as to benefit the psycopath perpetrator, she's not so outraged.

Go figure.

Just more proof of how completely clueless this judge is and how her court isn't being run efficiently. She has wasted SO much taxpayer money with all the delays, days off, late starts, early quitting times, etc. Just pathetic really...

Good one! More likely is that she's going straight to her lawyer to tell him/her to call an agent so she can get paid for the interviews that are sure to follow!

Sigh. I hope this was not meant to be passive aggressive - if it was, more power to you. The Alexanders have not cried throughout the trial, so today's behavior was incredibly out of character for them.

moo is you better believe the sole motive for the email to Abe was only for Travis. IMO I have zero doubt and literally would not be surprised to learn this was not even a valid Abe email address..as in Jodi just created a fake Abe email acct, typed it up and emailed it to the fake addy, and then just "accidentally" forwarded a copy to Travis..

I personally know someone who has done this exact thing on more than one occasion..my ex sister in law.. she created a fake email addy that was supposedly her boss and sent them an email and forwarded it to my brother in law.. the entire email content, motive for sending it to fake boss email, etc, was solely for the purpose of passive aggressively letting my brother in law know about certain issues she wouldn't dare say to his face..

IMO this is exactly what the situation is here with Jodi's email to Abe that just accidentally was forwarded to Travis.<--of this I truly have no doubt!

Some folks on Twitter were speculating that she did it (whatever it was) on purpose so she could sell her story. I guess anything is possible.

Juror 5 was BOOTED because she was talking too much allegedly, it might not be in her best interest to go all out in the media right now. It will just prove the point made by the Defense. She needs to just lay low for a while and let this all simmer down. If she truly has any respect for the courts she will. IMO it would be rather tacky to be all up in the media right after being booted for "Talking".

TA never asked that bimbo write that email to Abe. I believe she wrote the letter to guilt him into thinking he should feel bad if he talks to other women. This was just her way of manipulation. She is an emotional terrorist!
