It seems like over and over TA made clear he was not committing to JA after June '07. She even acknowledges it in her testimony and journals etc. but, they obviously continue a sexual only relationship. She and he apparently were both ok with this since they both participated. She knew the terms, she just didn't realize she didn't like them until June '08 so she slaughtered him? None of this stuff about the nature of their friends-with-benefits relationship justifies her murdering him. Such a waste of everyone's time and money. Why does it half to go this far off track just to get justice for Travis?

In the interrogation videos JA makes it a point to tell where her journals are. Even that they were in the safe. Does anyone else get the feeling that JA may have done some rewriting, revising and removal during that month + between the murder and the arrest? Most definitely her journal after the murder was written as a way to show she had nothing to do with his murder, she wrote with LE in mind, knowing they would be interested in her journal. She lied all the way through. But she had plenty of time to make changes to her other journals, too, not to mention the fact that she lied in those, too. I think she thought she would be famous some day and she wanted to present herself in a good light.

I didn't catch that but good point! Just like she said she wasn't in Mesa because her license plate # wouldn't show up on any of the surveillance cameras around the area.

JVM's head is going to explode over the dismissal of Juror #5. It's not good for the prosecution and is great for the defense. Blah. Blah. Blah. As if she were the only one out of the 18 who thought/think JA is guilty. She may not have had the luck of the draw and been in deliberations in the first place so I don't see what difference it makes.

I have felt for a long, long time that these journals were fabricated for purposes of the trial.

I am sitting here fantasizing that the judge bangs her gavel and yells "SHUT UP, SHUT UP" what does this have to do with self defense? All she is doing is giving the jury more motives for JA to have premeditated her murder of Travis.

I hope that comment about Deanna backfires by Juan being able to bring in all the cray cray stuff Jodi has done from showing up uninvited and announcing she was Travis' girlfriend to 30 guests (when she wasn't), to sleeping under the Christmas tree, crawling in his doggie door staring people down, hacking his email, peeping at him with another girl through a window and anything else they can throw in.
