Judge is overruling JM's objections. judge Stephens, you are so pro defense. I wish some court would remove you.

So anyone else know about this except Jodi? No, not reliable. NEXT.

As much as I would LOVE to read every post on here, I just can't keep up! I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but it simply AMAZES me that LV knows and remembers every single detail of JA's life from 2007 forward!!! I can't even remember what I had for breakfast yesterday, or even if I HAD breakfast! MOO.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Rachel...

You know the chick JA guilt tripped into letting her stay there even tho she didn't have any $$ to pay bills...

Ya know HER FRIEND Rachel!!

According to Jodi she lent him money. I can't believe she had $4000 to loan since she worked as a waitress sporadically. She wasn't able to hold down a job very long from what I've gleaned.

Yeah and if we remember Travis' own text messages he told Jodi that the bank account was closed and she needed to get a job and start paying him back.

She admits whenever she needed money he would give it even if it was hard for him to spare.

She told him in text where he calls her basically what she is (phsycopath who only cares for herself) that he had been scammed.

Travis was the bank account that Jodi felt belonged to her. She took advantage of him just like she did with all the other friends, boyfriends and family she admits to owing money to in the interrogation tapes.

These people sitting up there going on about Jodi helping Travis is a bunch of bull.

"subtle demands"

Now, how does Alyce know if Travis was guilting Jodi? I can't believe ALV gets to define what is going on as if she was part of the relationship! Frustration, I want Juan to tear her apart today.

  • #469
So it seems like ALV is excusing the murder. Does she think TA deserves it?

"EQUALITY FOR WOMEN will require casualties," sez Alyce the left over women's civil rights worker from the 60s. All women are oppressed by men, dontchaknow!

I have just tuned in.

Seriously. All of this LaViolet testimony is crap. What does she know of Travis and his career at PPL? From Arias? She didn't talk to Travis, did she?

Like others have said-ALL that she is talking about is what the pathological liar has told her.

I cannot wait for Juan to rip her apart.

Whenever that is.

  • #471
I'm sure if Travis had a choice he would prefer subtle manipulation as opposed to being slashed and murdered.

  • #472
This is so absurd. Any indication that Travis was controlling, manipulative, or abusive is negated by the fact that he is dead and she is not.

  • #473
Puke. This testimony is making me feel sick.

moo

OH MY GOD
ive been in those relationships and ive never offed someone.

WHY DOES THIS MATTER??????????????????

^^^ me loosing it now. lol

  • #477
Yeah, what about THAT. Jodi left the game early because she was hot to see Travis, and told her friend a line of BS.

Yeah, she liked him more, no carp. This is helping HOW??

  • #478
oh so this is like every other relationship.

  • #479
Did she ever really take wedding photos? Even though she says it in the interview I still don't believe her .. or else it was a pretty casual wedding.

Someone on the unedited police interviews thread (was it Khaki?) said she probably snuck in and took some snapshots without even being asked.

hee!

She cares more for him then he does for her at this point. Ya think? I thought he was so abusive but she couldn't let go of him.
