The expert talks as if they were in a relationship and JA choose to stay. She was the one who moved miles away to be with him. It was over. If she hadn't of moved there I doubt her and Travis would have even stayed in touch. But she wouldn't allow that because he was hers.
Again, no ties financially, not living together, no children, not even friends in common. There was no reason for her to "stay", not that she was really in something to stay in anyway.

You're right, and that just leaves two possibilities. ALV either can't figure out that they weren't in a real relationship, or she doesn't care. Neither is good given her role here.

IIRC her reaction to him banging his head against the wall was to shoot it and try to cut it off.

I think he was banging it because he told her to get the hell away from him and she wouldn't leave.. I see him pushing her out the door and she just wouldn't go and Jodi is using this as abuse.

I'm impressed how "guilting" seems to be so at play in the dialogue of Jodi. He 'guilted' me this, she 'guilted' me that... seems just an excuse at putting words/thoughts in others' heads... projecting. Travis 'guilted' Jodi to come to Mesa... yeah, right. Sorry if this has been mentioned already...After seeing Tanisha and Samantha in tears this morning, I just couldn't think of anything else. When it was reported that juror #5 was spotted leaving the courthouse in tears, I thought, maybe after learning that she would be released from duty, she got to tell Travis' sisters how she truly felt and that's why there was so much raw emotion from them and from her. It could also explain why the B1T)H was so smug when trial began but hopefully we will all be the ones wearing smiles in a few weeks. Keep the Faith!!
