Okay, it's official for me. I never thought I could ever feel so vulnerable to the injustices of the world like I do in this trial. Maybe I just need to stay away from coverage, or maybe it's helping me deal with psychopaths in the workplace, but I truly, truly find it impossible to imagine that I can remain sane if Jodi is not convicted of Murder One. I am sick to my stomach today for so many reasons, but mostly because everything that is ugly in this world is contained in this trial. EVERYTHING.

I feel the exact same way as you do. I am just physically sick and I could only imagine what poor Travis's family is having to deal with. I know this is just a small hiccup in this case as we all know there were going to be ups and downs but this is just gone on too far with this Defense and this Judge who has NO control over her court. The taxpayers of Arizona should be FURIOUS right now at the ABSOLUTE waste of money and time this Judge is allowing with the sideshow circus she has allowed to happen in this case. It is truly sickening.

I believe she was interviewed in the 48 Hours show.

She can be called as a rebuttal witness.

She testified in the hearings of 8-8 for sure, and at least one more, I think.

If it were me I would remain quiet till this trial is over. Wouldn't want to chance jeporadizing it anymore.....But that would be me:facepalm::facepalm:

I imagine she'll be offered money for her story. And they will tell her that her story is desirable NOW, but after the trial there will be 17 more jurors with stories.....they will make her feel like it's now or never probably. :facepalm:

Interesting the father said Jodi was only strange the past year or so. The mother said Jodi has mental problems and her friends would call mom in the middle of the night and tell her Jodi needs help.

I think the mom saw through Jodi more than the father did. The mom had to deal with Jodi more and that is why their relationship was strained.

Haven't we seen and heard enough from her in court? She is trying to save her daughter's life, but I can't give her a pass. Just the way she responds to Travis' family is enough for me!

Jodi's dad said that she had rages in the house directed towards his wife. He also linked his stolen inlaws' gun with Jodi.

Wonder if there were issues with JA 'competing' with Mom for Daddy's affection? Like she views her Mom as enemy, competition or just another woman in her way of what she wants???

While that may be true, my point was that as a parent I'm not sure how you can make a child talk to a psychologist. IMOO, people can't be helped if they don't think they have a problem.

I personnally don't think she would allow her defense team to take that approach because she thinks she's fine....it's the rest of the world that doesn't SEE what a gifted photographer, artist, lover, Morman or whatever her gift of the moment is. The whole world is Efed up because they don't view things through her broken glasses.

And I have read that meds can even make the psychopath worse. There is no way to make someone have a conscience when they don't have one to begin with.

About dialysis? Is it known that dad has only a year to live because my uncle had that 3 times a week and lasted 20 years. In illinois he was the person who was on dialysis the longest ever. I think people usually die a lot earlier than that or have a transplant.

Why are these interview tapes just coming out now??? They change the entire direction of the case! Did JA's parents ever get help for her? Was she ever diagnosed? Where are the witnesses to her psychotic episodes? School reports? There must be a trail somewhere.

The DT is trying to pass her heinous crime off as domestic abuse/PTSD! WTH! She has a classic case of antisocial personality disorder, i.e. she's a psychopath! The DT would have been better off with an insanity plea! There is no cure for ASPD. She cannot be allowed into the general prison population - she has to be isolated on death row - for the remainder of her natural life - even if she gets LWOP. Left to her own devices in prison, she is so clever she will find a way to escape by seducing a prison guard.

These tapes are a bombshell - there must be more! Holy cow!!!

ITA. She would have done better with an insanity defense. But I am sure that JA would never tolerate that.
