Wouldn't you think she's more classic textbook BPD?? With maybe touch of NPD & HPD? Seriously she's got the victim mentality, never accepts responsibility, going to Sky&Chris about TA, using people for what she needs, starting issues to take focus off her, mood swings etc etc.. I'd say sociopathic due to the violent murder she committed usually PDs are abusive but not really killers like this usually Heat of Passion killers due to jealousy.. IDK what do you think??

Early on, it was a small joke about how the hours per day and hours per week is minimal. But it has become totally ridiculous and is no longer funny at all. It is outrageous and not acceptable. The way the judge just dosnt care about the jurors is amazing to me. Just today, I heard her order the jurors to the waiting room until an officer would come get them to escort them.

How dare her treat the jurors with such calousness, with absolutely no care about their sacrifices they are making for this trial.

The judge OWES it to the jurors to make this a speedy trial and she is doing the exact opposite and causing the delays herself with the long breaks, late starts, and early releases, and no court on Fridays, Mondays, etc.

It is an OUTRAGE!!!!

She's protecting the jurors so they don't suffer the same treatment from defense as juror #5 suffered. It is entirely possible juror #5 has done nothing seriously wrong but that the prosecutor agreed to let her go just to get on with the trial. They are near the end. Not much longer to go. Even with Juan's rebuttal I don't see it taking too much longer. The judge has no control over defense as long as they do their job....no matter how long it takes. jmo

If he was accurate, he would have made that plural.

He actually did say she had pieces of different personality disorders so he diagnosed her with personality disorder-NOS... IIRC! Probably the only accurate thing that came out of his mouth and it seemed to come out as an oopsy-daisy. He was trying to be more credible and honest and then let some things out I am sure the DT did not want out! But I liked it :great:

If you want to get upset that Travis is being murdered all over again by this witnesses' nonsense testibloney then watch, if not don't bother.

I also keep wondering if the incident that happend last week...JA communicating with and/or mentioning juror #2 (trump comb-over) was really juror #5?!

And I bet she also has spies following them during the lunch break to see if they can catch them talking about the trial... I think it's all too convenient to have Donnovan, an ex-con in the trial... IMO she was saying #2 when speaking to JW in reference to the second WOMAN filing out of court.

I watched her today. IMO she has her sights set on #18 now.
She watches that last juror intently.
JMO I am not in court to even really be able to tell but I have a feeling it is going to be the next juror that Ja goes after to have removed. Time will tell I guess.

Things I learned today:
1)Watching a documentary makes me able to testify in court on various topics. I'm eligible to testify on Bo Jackson, any celebrity as I have seen all the E True Hollywood stories, and sharks (Shark Week counts).

2) Jodi's first victim was most likely her dog.

3) Jodi's parents were not even remotely surprised to find out Jodi was suspected in Travis's murder.

4) According to ALV, Travis grabbing JA butt means he was asking to be murdered. Such abusive behavior is appalling.

Yes, if you have bipolar there are meds for that like Abilify and even Lithium.
I think Juan asked Dr Quack about her meds and those weren't on the list.
