You and me both. I have chronic insomnia, but since daylights savings time it has been worse, even though I like the longer afternoons. I don't get it. I may head that way in a minute and try to :countsheep: anyway.
If doing any caffeine-consider going to zero on that.
Consider sleep apnea test=polysomnograph. They now have much available for home testing--see even Amazon.
And lastly, sorry to say, for some people looking at TV or computer screen excites areas of the brain.
