This is a stupid reason to request sequestration. The parents' interviews is way less bad than the interviews of Jodi by the big networks, where she professes her innocence. Nurmi is just stalling. If I were a juror and heard any of the interviews with the parents, I don't think it would make any difference, since the case is about what Jodi did, not what her parents said.

Bottom line, if this was a FAIR TRIAL, the Jury would be allowed to see those interviews with her parents.

HOW can they make a decision with all the information filtered.
I am not a proponent of the "its too prejudicial" thing.. Let it all hang out and have faith the Jury will understand tone, context...they got to hear 12 year olds and sexual experiences in fantasy tapes, so let them see the real parents interviews.

Her parents were very honest and genuine in the tapes. Its so easy to spot truth when you hear it.

What a mess! There is a great possibility if this motion is granted, not all jurors will be able to be sequestered. They may have children to pick up, elderly parents to take care of, etc., etc.
